When it comes to Burton, beer and the pubs the beer is sold in, everyone knows of the Coopers Tavern, the Bridge Inn, the Elms, the Roebuck and maybe the Devonshire, but I wonder how many have heard of the Plough on the outskirts of town in Horninglow

WOW! Amazing pub, wonderful service and atmosphere. I enjoyed a delicious fully loaded pizza which was 10/10 and the drinks were well priced and tasty. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Fantastic pub! Shaun, Lisa and their family are very welcoming, serving great beers, tasty snacks and yummy pizzas. Lots of entertainment, throughout the year, in particular bank holiday weekends. A proper pub!
Great time at cheese night. Excellent selection of cheeses, crackers and savouries. Three different pickles. Portions very generous. Very friendly atmosphere . Booked for next one, can't wait.
Lovely family pub, fantastic food, great atmosphere, very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. Very dog friendly, in fact our pooch gets excited to visit and the plough is always raising money for local charities and a great meat raffle on a Sunday won many a fabulous prize from Tebbuts the

Our regular pub and wouldn't go anywhere else. We bring family friends and our baby granddaughter. Really friendly atmosphere and the landlord always go above and beyond to put on fantastic entertainment. Highly recommend
Not been here for years - changed for the better - nice use of the available space with good use of garden space. Very good at self publicity, letting the punters know what events are coming up. Frienly bar staff, plenty of parking - liked it !
