Costa Coffee - Burton upon Trent - Photo album

Stopped for a quick coffee and I was pleasantly surprised to see how well all the staff got along with each other and customers too. Service was quick and drinks were delicious. I thought the lady in all black (manager?), who was training up a new starter, was fantastic and looked so happy to be the
Great coffee, needs a bit of something to provide an atmosphere
Great staff. Coffee expensive now people
Great staff, we were in there 20th April in the morning, the ladies were hard working and plentiful banter, Brilliant.
Usual great standard of coffee. Just a shame the tables were not cleared fast enough and meant it was hard to find a clear table to sit at.
Always loved this branch of Costa. It was the original store in Burton and the staff are already happy and you can have an actual conversation with.
Stopped in for a coffee while I was waiting around in town for someone. Staff were nice and overall a good experience. A few tables could've done with being cleaned up a bit faster though. Coffee was good which is the most important thing I suppose!
Always a friendly welcome when we visit. Service efficient and accomodates my needs and that of my mum's. The actual place can get very busy so be prepared to go the other Costa in other precinct. Drinks and food good quality.
Comfortable place to chill and relax, good selection of food and drinks but are typically top brand price. Worth paying, as it is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Regular visitor.
Popped in for my caffeine fix and got a porridge for the little one too. Great service and lovely coffee. Staff were helpful and brought over my items. Will definitely be back!

First time visited since Lockdown. Very enjoyable. I had a Tuna melt and medium latte. Tables all reconfigured to observe social distancing. Placed order and one of the staff brought it to the table omitting the 'congregation' round the counter which used to happen. Certainly will visit again.
This is one of my favourite Costa's because of the staff. they are all friendly, polite and helpful. Since Costa in it's un-wisdom changed the way they prepare an Iced Latte the staff here remember that I don't like it and prefer it the old way, glass, ice-cubes, milk and finally the shot of coffee.
Granted a tad pricey but considering all places in Burton its competitive. It's a warm, cosy and friendly place to go for a chat and grab a coffee. Service is just brilliant, the staff are exceptional and its generally quick. As for decor you can just slump in to the comfy sofas or of you prefer the
