First time going to a Nando's in years and this was a really nice experience.
The staff were all really nice, the last who served us at the till was very helpful and the staff on the floor helping us with the QR code were nice to.

Most Nandos are pretty standard, the layout of tables are nice, food came very quickly and the waitress was friendly.

I'm not usually fond of Nando's tbh as I never got the menu ( it must be an age thing lol). It's much easier to understand these days. The place was quite busy for an early Friday lunch. I must say that the staff were the friendliest I have come across for a long time. Nothing was too much trouble.

A lively place. Friendly staff and plenty of meal choice. Even had a lactose free ice cream. We had a chicken platter and chips and garlic bread. Good atmosphere.
The food is good! Make sure that you dine in at least with 2 hours before closing
This was my first visit to this particular Nandos and while the food was as good as ever. The customer service was some of the best I've experienced 👌

Despite being short staffed the team were friendly and there was no delay on food. Credit to Ty who cooked the food, its the best grilled chicken we've had in any of the branches around the Midlands recently. Hot and a good portion of chips. Well done team. And to the manager Chris. We shall be back
