Lovely place to chill with a coffee and cake, or grab some breakfast and lunch. The breakfasts, quiche and soups are particularly good. Love the refurb, it's a lovely clean place to stop at. Dog friendly too.
Simply great. Not your typical grease spoon. We went as a family with two young kids. Cosy atmosphere, very busy but not too loud. Quirky environment (all with price tags, so presumably you could buy them) The food and drinks were of a high standard, price was just right. The staff were very friendl
Had a lovely evening here with friends at the Uncorked wine bar. Service was great, atmosphere lovely, sharing platters very tasty and just enough for two people. Night for four of us with two sharing platters and plenty of cocktails, beer and wine just over £140.
I've been here a couple of times recently, meeting with friends for breakfast and afternoon tea for mothers day and the food, decor and atmosphere are amazing. Its such a lovely place and I always enjoy a look round the gift shop too. I would definitely recommend coking here to everyone.
Popped in today with my mum and we were seated within seconds. The waitress we had was the sweetest! The food was lovely as was my milkshake! Reasonably priced too! Will be returning when the refurb is done!
Always enjoy visiting here, great cafe with lovely food. Had the Alphabrekkie, really tasty. Nice gift shop to browse around. New furniture in the cafe looks great.
Food- I had a brekkie but the bacon was hard. Otherwise nice. It was a busy lunchtime. Service was slow, 20 mins for drinks only. However everyone was pleasant and helpful. A bright, comfy cafe, lovely ambience. I will go again as I felt quite relaxed.
We always enjoy our trips to Burton because we always finish at the Alphabet Cafe. Whether it's breakfast, coffee and cake, or afternoon tea we always receive good service and the food and drinks are consistently excellent. Additionally, the children's menu is well designed and children are definite
A lovely place. As well as a nice café, it sells gifts. We had drinks. One Fentimen ginger ale, and a latte with a shot of vanilla. Staff are friendly. COVID precautions in place. You either scan your details or write down your details for track & trace. Then you can order at the counter. The
Very trendy cafe / bar in the evenings I’d like to go on one of the live music nights sounds fun! Gift shop is great for a browse too very bougie.
We come here all the time and love the atmosphere and coffee. Mochas are one of the best we've ever had! Lovely staff and nice food options. Wish you would bring back the Malteser slice
Great first visit since wine bar opened. Fab service, food good value. Just need a blind at window to stop glare of sun. Definitely go back, welcome new modern bar to Burton Town centre. X
First visit today. A nice spot for food and coffee. I was only going in for a hot soup lunch, ended up trying more than I had planned to check the venue out for future working lunches. Food is good, reasonably fast and nicely fresh. For which I don't mind waiting a little. Coffee is ok - typical of
Fantastic food, drinks and service. Chaz is a credit to the company, amazing customer service. Will definitely return!
Been coming here for years since our little one was born. She's now 9. Absolutely love a full English in here and they also do some lovely cakes roo
Popped into Lowercase Coffee Bar after visiting Alphabet Gift Shop. Great place for a coffee and food. Highly recommend the Baileys Hot Chocolate and toasties 😋. Fantastic service, friendly and very helpful staff in both the gift shop and Lowercase. Well worth a visit! 👍🏻
