First off all I had friendly smiley customer service which is always a good start before You dine somewhere. My order was completed quickly and efficiently, and last off the food was spot on it was piping hot and fresh I genuinely rate My experience a 10/10 and that's coming off a food/restaurant critic.
Very good quality food. It was hot & fresh as they should be. Polite staff & very friendly. Good value. KFC in Burslem is by far the best I've been to in Stoke.on.Trent.
Not a big fan of waiting for “ fast food” but I guess you need your chicken cooked thoroughly right? No complaints about the quality and the food is always piping hot served by nice staff
KFC standards. Gravy wasn't as nice as others I have been to. But I have found there is 2 types of Gravy these supply. Some people may like the other. So prefer this one
Probably the best finger lickin chicken in the whole of stoke on trent, but don't go if your in a rush I once waited that long I'm 100% sure the chunk behind the counter destroyed the first meal and had to make me another either way good food 👍
One of the better kfcs. Plenty if food and kept clean. The usual long wait time. 🙂

Kfc is kfc same as the others restaurants, quality food for a good price. Thank god that they have a free wifi that saves life😂
Was faced with a long wait, though that was likely due to staffing shortages, staff were friendly and the food was well worth the wait.

Food was OK but very dear for minimal amount of food service was abismal getting my order wrong on two separate occasions
