Went on Friday night and had the best calamari and then best belly pork I can remember.
Service is always spot on and prices are reasonable.

A lovely home made Sunday lunch with great service. Superb al-dente vegetables, thick hand carved beef, lovely light Yorkshires and a tangy horseradish sauce too! Our wine was iffy at first but was promptly replaced with another bottle, which was perfect. Thank you for a great meal.
Not sure if the waiter was new or just not very good as he didn't seem to know what was on the menu as we ordered ! Starters were lovely but that's were it ended for me -my main (chicken escolope) was over fried by 5 mins at least -you could tell when the waiter put it on the table -he was back sho
Had a life saving lunch here on a Sunday bike ride. Being Sunday, I couldn't order a sandwich of any sort, only a meal. The place was very busy and unfortunately they lost my order. When it finally arrived the food was only very average, so i wont be returning.
