Popped in today for lunch, my partner wanted a small tray of kebab meat, they only do one size which would of been too much, so we sat to eat our lunch & the lovely owner brought some mixed kebab meat for free!!!
Absolutely blown away, the lady that serves is always polite & lovely, totally recommend!
Hands down this is the best chip shop in Cannock area I go every week sit at the table in the corner, I’m serious the kebab meat and burgers by a country mile are the best in the Cannock area fact.

Always order from Sankeys and swear by it as favourite chip shop in my local area. Ordered from there today and unfortunately the chips came and they weren’t the usual standard but after contacting the shop customer service was excellent and was given a replacement bag of chips and where of usual amazing standard. Will defo continue to order

Great food, great service. We just completed the three pikes challenge at the age of 60. So we’re absolutely starving. The food was excellent. Recommend to anyone . Wish we had given these guys a bigger tip and will do next time. They deserve it.

Usually very satisfied, but the fish this evening was dark brown in colour and the batter was hard. Seemed that the fish was not fresh
Great chip shop! Rang on Easter Sunday to see if they were open he said yes from 5pm but I didn’t hear the 5pm bit got there just before 4pm an he let me in an cooked everything fresh to my order nothing was any trouble! Thanks guys great work an it’s nice to see happy staff at a chip shop who can hold a conversation my new regular! :)
