Tall Trees Restaurant - Burntisland - Photo album

For room 14 alone, I have to give this place 5 stars. Travelling with someone who recently required mobility assistance, the room ,number 14, was perfect. Grab rails in bathroom, overweigh table at bed, toilet assist rails and height, a walk assist, one touch shower control, no step into shower, wid
Best overall stay during my trip to Scotland. The hotel sits above the cliffs overlooking the ocean and Edinburgh. The hotel manager, Del (I'm not sure of the spelling?), was the most gracious, kind and hardworking manager I've ever encountered. The location, scenery, staff and easy public transport
Lovely room at the front, the rooms in the rear are less exciting, though.. Service was excellent, a very warm welcome. Very nice breakfast. Location is great, but the train line means you can't get down to beach very easily. And you'll need a short taxi ride if you arrive by train.
Exceptional The tall trees restaurant located in the hotel was really nice as we're the staff. The food was really good, we ate in all week which is something we do not really do, we tend to eat out as we have had issues with food not being up to standards in other hotels but this was perfect. We w
Lovely staff and service. CThey have an Indian and an "English" Chef - the food is superb and their Indian dishes fantastic. Highly recommended. (The hotel is due to be redecorated in the new year so check before booking for after Christmas.)
The location was beautiful, and the restaurant was very comfortable and inviting. Our group of three were in for starters and desserts and coffee. The staff were welcoming and helpful, but the service was a bit slow. The new Indian menu is quite good as the poppadoms and chutneys, mixed pakora, a
We stayed a few days, bed and breakfast. Comfortable room and hotel with kind friendly helpful staff. Food at breakfast was delicious. I would happily stay again. I haven’t given 5 stars, as the managers need to provide more resources and training to their staff for their roles and responsibi
Not been in this place for years, but stopped on Sunday in the off-chance of a table. We were looked after very well and had a good old fashioned high tea complete with tea and toast. We had the carvery, would recommend.
Went just to the restaurant, they only had one chef on the day our party arrived. They told us that it would be slower than usual, but it was fairly fast regardless. Friendly staff and a great view of Edinburgh.
Delicious afternoon tea and enough to take away for later. Small bowl of tasty soup was an unusual and welcome addition.
