A lovely warm welcome on a drizzly winters day. Tea for two and some delicious sausage rolls to go. Looking forward to coming back again.

A lovely little tea room on the river of Burnsall. Very warm welcome from Carol and her husband. Very accommodating for my French bulldog and even gave her a treat. The food is homely and fresh.

Warm welcome received when we arrived as sodden walkers. Great location. Nice food. A touch pricey but tea pot gave 3 cups.

A lovely warm welcome on one of the coldest days of the year so far! Fabulous cakes and coffees and even a sausage for our little dog! Thank you! This wasn’t our first visit and it certainly won’t be our last!

Popped in with my girlfriend on a nippy Sunday morning. Lovely service teamed up with lovely food, a recipe for success if you ask me. Full English and salmon on toast, both fully enjoyed and the home made sausage rolls are delightful. Quaint and quirky, I’ll be back again during the summer months.

I have arrived at Wharfe view tea rooms after reserving a table for 7 yesterday. Unfortunately, we were unable to enter as we had a wheelchair and was unaware that there was no wheelchair access. With that being said, the staff at Wharfe view tea rooms was beyond hospitable. They carried multiple drinks out to the mini bus and helped us as much as they possibly could despite being busy. Highly recommended by the residents and staff at Spellman care.

Called in for a quick stop and how pleased we were that we stopped here. We were made very welcome and the food was delicious. The sandwiches were fantastic and proper tea served in a pot with extra hot water. I asked for an extra hot latte and it was exquisite. An absolute gem and well recommended.

Visited 9/11/19 as part of a group of Otley Cycling Club riders. The food was excellent but what really impressed was the welcome and the service. One of our group had a puncture and the owner insisted on the wheel being brought inside so the repair could take place in the warm. She also provided a track pump and one of the other customers provided some tape to stick the wheel rim tape back down. However, there's more. One of our party had no cash so the owner said here's my bank details, transfer it when you get home. Finally we also all received a discount. Nice cafe, very cyclist friendly, lovely food and great value.

Three of us stopped off today whilst out on the motorbikes, and what a lovely little cafe with beautiful views and fantastic friendly staff, especially the lady who served us. We had bacon, sausage and egg, cooked to perfection, two white americanos and a latte, all hot and delicious. If you’re passing through, definitely stop and call in, you won’t be disappointed 😉 🏍️

A perfect cafe in a most beautiful village of Burnsall. Well run with a fantastic selection of homemade cakes. Good coffee. A great cafe to stop midway on a walk or cycle. Great staff and the new owners really have created a special tea room to sit outside and admire the views

Called on Sunday whilst out cycling. Really friendly. Bacon butty was belting, washed down with a nice coffee. Even filled our water bottles for us.

I don't get up to this area of the country as often as I'd like but when I do I always make sure this tearoom is on my route. The food is outstanding, clearly home cooked, no frozen chips, proper pototoes which have been parboiled I reckon as they are so hot they should come with a warning sign, gammon the size of your plate, eggs from corn fed chickens as the yokes are so yellow. I'd like to comment on the cakes as they look lovely and again clearly homemade but to be honest I'm usually so full I haven't been able to sample them, one day I'll make sure I do. Great food, great people and great location. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the food. I always tell everyone who's going in that direction to call in and sample what food should taste like. Ken

We visited on a soaking wet day and they still had a regular trickle of customers . Friendly unhurried service, dog friendly and a nice view towards the river. Good quality food with a few specials. I imagine parking is not easy in high season.
