If you've tried the rest like me then try THE BEST. Visited yesterday tea time for the 1st time and all I can say is delicious. Fish very tasty and chips were scrummy. Yes maybe a little dearer than some but you pay for what you get. I live in Nelson and this is going to be my local chippy from on. Thank you ladies 10/10
Fabulous food. We usually have fish and chips but pies and sausages are good too. It's all fresh. Friendly service too.
I've known them since I was a child at school and my mum worked with him at his church street shop and Sally had the Omerod hotel.he was the best chippy then and even though I now live in Blackburn I still travel over with my family for his fish n chips keep going Jeff.

Quality fish and chips and my granddaughter says the chicken nuggets are best ever!.
Really fresh and tasty supper. So friendly and they have adapted well to operating in the current situation. The peas were chip shop peas and a great compliment to the fish & chips.

Decent potion sizes, great quality in the food and always hot. It isn't often that I come here as I now live in Southport, however when I do come here l, the food and staff never fail to please. Prices can be a little steep, however I would rather pay these prices knowing that I am going to receive top quality food, rather than pay less and receive terrible quality food.
Absolutely delicious fish & chips hot good extremely delicious. A bit on the pricey side but well worth it. You must pay a visit you will not be disappointed at all. You will be a regular customer
Found this little gem whilst visiting the hospital. This has to be the best fish and chip shop I have ever visited. Lovely fresh fish and chips. Very hospitable staff as well. Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again
Possibly the best chipy in Burnley, the only thing I could criticise is the large use of polystyrene trays. But don't let that put you of the fabulous food.

Best and only english chippy for miles been around along time and they have not changed i never finish a meal but one from here i finish the lot everything is just so tasty and you can tell they care about there food they are serving its nice to have one place in around that always without a doubt will give good food and good service to when i have my doggie they served me through the window as i did not want to tie him up absolutly excellent service and food can not praise them enough.
