Costly but quality!
The beef dish recommended to me was one of the best dishes I have ever eaten.
The service was impeccable.
The one disappointment is the tacky Burnley F.C attire around the restaurant.
This is suppose to be an upscale restaurant not a cheap pub and so this should be removed. That was my only disappointment. Even my son who supports Burnley stated this also. He said this isn’t the place for it.
Just a fabulous place in every way. The look of the building outside and inside, this former bank is just excellent. Great atmosphere in the front part of the restaurant. Watching the pizza chef making ang cooking his pizzas and breads. Then the warmest, nice's and knowledgeable staff.
Then the best of all the food, is the best Italian food we've had in years. Our daughter had the fungi pizza, my good lady had the chicken with garlic cheese and vegetables and I had the chorizo chicken. I was a very happy man superb taste, spicy and so flavoursome. My lady said hers was really good and our daughter said it was the best pizza she had ever had. Now that's a complement from a very fussy child. 2 sweets to finish our visit. Anyone in or near Burnley today JUST FABULOUS 😍
Incredible place, incredible food and incredible staff. The food arrived in 5 min and they treated us like we were the only people in the restaurant. High ceilings, marble on walls, prosecco and gin bars and a propper wood fire pizza oven. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Honestly we can't wait to come back to Burnley for this hidden gem.
This an amazing place we visited by chance after a day out. Despite not being dressed up, we were welcomed and looked after by the owner .

Superb. Went into this beautiful building last week & it was one of the nicest meals I've had in a long time. The chicken breast burger & the wagyu beef burger were a couple of the meals eaten by myself & friends, with everything being totally was spot on. It's one of those restaurants where you'll pay more money but it'll definitely be worth it in every way - the venue, the staff, the grub - totally faultless.
The restaurant has real charm & class about it; the staff are nicely dressed & polite (don't know if it was the owner or manager, but he seemed to be a really nice guy who we saw at different times while there); the food served is of a really high quality.
The total bill was just over £70 - that's for 3 top quality meals, nice drinks, all in a classy building - certainly not too expensive at all we didn't think for a far superior experience than the vast majority of dining options. Will definitely visit here again when next in the area & somewhere I'd highly recommend to others.
I love the palazzo, such a nice place to have a meal with family and such a good atmosphere. All workers are lovely.
When we arrived it took about 10 minutes to actually be seen to at the door.
We sat down on a bar table with a couple of cocktails to start off with and then we got shown to our table.
It was great to see a specific vegetarian menu as we are both vegetarian.
The food came out really quick and tasted amazing and fresh. It's a shame we didn't get a dessert as we were both too full
Me self and husband Simon came for a meal and they managed to squeeze us in as we hadn't booked. The service was amazing. Sulyman (notsure how to spell it) was so polite and made sure we had a wonderful experience. Thank you for that. The food was absolutely beautiful. We had spicy prawns and calamari for starters and Tom's beef and lamb for main with a side of cheesy garlic bread. The food was just delicious. The restaurant is beautiful. Thank you again for a lovely evening and if we are in the area again we will most definitely be returning. Highly recommended.
I had my wedding meal here on Saturday afternoon and it was amazing. I could not have asked for a better afternoon. The owner kept me up to date on everything and ensured that everything was set as I wanted, even creating a 3 course menu with options for my guests to choose from. The staff were friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to make our wedding day the best day ever and marking myself and my guests feel comfortable and relaxed. One particular waiter chatted with all my guests and made some delicious cocktails. The food was delicious and my guests all commented on how fantastic the three course meal was. This place will always hold a special place in my heart and I cannot recommend it enough! Thank you Palazzo xxx
Without a doubt the nicest place to eat in Burnley. Food is always top quality and the staff are all lovely and helpful.
Be prepared to pay a bit more than you might expect in Burnley but if you fancy treating yourself it's absolutely worth that bit extra. Plus the building itself is absolutely stunning. Will definitely be going again.
Absolutely delicious food. I had the Gnocchi beef with dolcelatte and the pulled beef arancini with truffle Mayo, both dishes were immaculately presented. We went on a Saturday night and the atmosphere was lively and buzzing. Beautiful meal in a beautiful building, we will definitely return!
Dropped in for a beer and a few snacks on way to train station home.
We were welcomed in and the service was a very high level... kind and made you feel very welcome.
The building inside is amazing, high ceilings and stylish decor.
We only had a few snacks but of what we did have it was very nice. If I find myself in Burnley again I will be visiting again but making time for it.
The owner after talking about wine. Gave us a glass of his favourite wine. He was so nice. Every time we need to go to Burnley it will be my go to place. The pasta was a wow.
The two friends that I met there really enjoyed their meals.
It is a lovely venue inside and the service was good.
We did have to double check the Gluten Free options for desserts though.
Lovely food, great service, lovely building, two of us had the burger and chips, other person had the carbonara, oh and sticky toffee pudding for afters, well stuffed 😋
