The Jolly Woodman - Burnham - Photo album

The place is absolutely amazing outside and inside. There is a large car park in the front, tables in the woods and by the entrance but also on the right hand side of the building. Inside everything is carefully furnished in an old style, with archaic tools on the walls, aged tables and chairs. The
Lovely country pub with beer gart
Very nice pub on the edge of Burnham beeches, food we had for lunch was delicious & plentiful. Girl who served us drink & food (didn't get her name) was very pleasant
Friendly and homely country pub. We both had burgers which were very tasty with a good portion of fries and coleslaw. Linen napkins and efficient service. Thank you.
Gorgeous and plentiful food. Very dog friendly Great location. Great outdoor area too with garden. Excellent service. Well worth the drive
Feb 2019: Good Saturday lunchtime visit to this country pub: Friendly staff, selection of real Ales which after being offered a taster, went for the Marlow Brewery - Afterburner. Fantastic country pub, loved it. The cosy vibe, genuinely great service was awesome. Then the pate and plougmans was amazing. We'll definitely be back!
This was just a convenient location for a quick toilet stop. Lovely area though with walks around. Menu looked quite nice but I hadn't the time to stop for a bite to eat.
One of the few real Public Houses with a restaurant left in South Bucks. An old building with lots of character, no pretence and plenty of parking. Food was good and the friendly service commendable.

Lovely pub inside and out. Fantastic food and service in a woodland setting. Wish there were more just like it!
I only stopped off for a pint as I was passing. I sat in the garden, out the front of the pub, the staff were nice. I didn't eat but the smell of food was making me hungry.
Took us by surprise. Unassuming place, but the food was fabulous, and Rebellion on tap. We had they're fish pie and lasagna.. both really flavorful and massive portions. Home baked bread, toasted with garlic & butter was so nice. Definitely going back when their specials are back on the menu..
Great country pub with friendly manager and tasty soup! Only drawback being lack of free WiFi as v. poor mobile signal.
