This is my 1st time coming here, I got the recommendations from Google reviews & trip advisor.
What a lovely little gem of a cafe this is!!
The food is all cooked fresh to order & you can really tell!
We went there as a family of 4 adults & 3 children & they accommodated us just fine, the seating was very comfortable & the range of food was perfect.
Even though the food was perfect, hands down my favourite part of the cafe had to be are waitress Sheila, who you can see in one of the photos with me! She really is the life & soul of the place!

Could I fault the place for anything??? Well, no, to be honest, it ticks all the boxes that you would want from a cafe.
I would recommend The Galley Café to anyone wanting some good honest grub, wherever it be a full-on home cooked meal, a breakfast or just a snack.
Plus, I had a cappuccino & the wife had a milkshake. What were both amazing, too!
It was my first time visiting Burnham On Sea & the next time we visit will 100% be coming back to this cafe ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had the mega breakfasts couldn't fault the food in anyway staff were very friendly ,the prices were excellent we will definitely go here again
What a lovely place to have come across for a bit of lunch while enjoying a bit of shopping! Lovely and clean, food was delicious and the staff are very friendly and welcoming with a great sense of humour 😊

Fantastic place to eat, great food, great service. The waitress is fantastic very friendly and quick to respond to customer needs.
Misaki is disgrace to mankind the waitress in question is a really lovely person as is all the staff The galley is the most perfect café with helpful and caring staff And for the insult that was given is unforgiving and absolutely unnecessary this will also be backed by Rae my partner Misaki should apologize as what was said is totally untrue best regards to all at the galley

I've been coming here since I was a little boy with my Dad and it's my favourite cafe in town by far. Family owned and ran, the food is fantastic (the homemade specials are delicious), a welcoming atmosphere and very reasonably priced. Always welcomed with a smile and a chat for everyone. I'm heading there for a breakfast shortly. 5 🌟

Food is always cooked fresh, sandwiches made fresh and really full of whatever you order, well done all the staff at the Galley 10 out of 10 no one can beat the best breakfast made see you soon cannot wait to get back all the very best all staff including waiting tables absolutely first class very polite and respectful thank you to all 10/10
This is a great intimate Café/restaurant We enjoyed great Breakfast ; the menu said to me ‘Value for money meals served all day’- it didn’t say that in so many words but that’s what I translated the dishes on offer to say.
If you are in the area you could do a lot worse.
And to the Toilets- clean and fresh!

I've been coming to this cafe since I was small. It may have changed hands over the years but the quality of service and food has not. The food was lovely, the double bacon cheeseburger was one of the best my partner has had. I had the cottage pie which was piping hot and full of meat. The young lady serving was attentive and so pleasant. The couple cooking were lovely too. Its good, home cooked food within a lovely atmosphere. Its still as good as I remember it from my last visit 12 years ago. It brought back some lovely happy memories. If you are looking for a place for breakfast, lunch, a light bite or just a lovely cappuccino, then come to The Galley in Burnham.
Had an absolutely lovely Veggie Breakfast today and extremely good value for money.
Place is spotlessly clean and very good service too.
