This was a special evening and the food and service did not disappoint us. At all times the service was friendly and helpful without being pushy. We ordered a bottle of red, number 13 which for £19 was expensive but good quality. We shared a crab and lobster starter which was delicious. The sesame seed tweels were repeated in the dessert and were excellent with both sweet and savoury dishes. We shared a platter of 5 meats cooked over the fire pit and ordered a side salad with dressing. The chips were evidently hand made and very good but it all was too much for us! We took a few leftovers home for our dog. We then did the same and shared a dessert platter which was super tasty. The bill was about £80 which was reasonable for the high standard and I should point out that the atmosphere was warm and friendly with modern music played at the right volume! The lavatories were very clean which is always something extremely important to me. We would highly recommend the restaurant.

Such a warm welcome & friendly staff we felt at home with a touch of class, so special it felt but not stuffy. The interior is designed beautifully & tasteful. The steak cured to perfection, it just melt in the mouth. I was very impressed & enjoyed the array of gins on offer too as Norfolk gin being my favourite & rightly so. Good luck No.Twenty9 we will see you soon I'm sure.

Popped in for a quick G&T on our return home - greeted by a welcoming fire, friendly bar staff and a tip top Rhubard G&T! Shame it was just for the one drink but felt very much a home from walking in and as an added bonus met some dear friends who were passing after taking a long afternoon coastal walk and they also felt comfortable to drop in and have a drink in their walking gear! Well done guys - hope it continues to go well for you!

We had a day off and at the last minute thought about a drive to Burnham Market. Food was lovely, and when I wanted to make my starter of pork belly and soft shell crab in to a mains they were very accommodating. Husbands lager and lime battered fish was also very good. Will be coming back with friends!

Called in this evening just to see what it was like. I must say what a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We asked to look around, and were offered a guided tour. All I can say is fabulous ! I can't wait to try the food. Will definitely go back

We came for a meal, so have rated the rooms and location as four stars, as we didn’t really explore afterwards. The food at Twenty9 is nothing short of stupendous. We were there for lunch. My husband had the fish and chips. He raved about the mushy peas. Best he’s ever had. Chips, fish and tartar sauce all amazing. I had the double cheese and bacon burger. Absolutely floored me. I’m from the American Southwest, but this was perhaps the best burger of my life! Juicy, seasoned and cooked to perfection. That sauce with the bacon and cheese was tip top! Chips and slaw all lovely. Our kids had the Mac n’ Cheese with a side of chips. No complaints there either. Clean plates all around and wonderfully full bellies. All the staff are amazing. The restaurant is clean, open and welcoming. We loved that you can watch the chefs preparing your food. We would highly recommend if you’re in the area to book a table! Just be advised parking is an absolute nightmare in the area. (Recent flooding doesn’t help) Arrive early and prepare to patiently circle for a spot.

As ever, a brilliant time was had by all, young and old. The weather was particularly good that day. Sitting out back in the sunshine definitely helped, but worth visiting to see the murals dotted around.

Just passing through and were advised ,by super nice locals, to try No Twenty 9. What a lovely surprise it turned out to be . Not only were they super dog friendly (as is the rest of Norwich/Norfolk in general) but the beautiful outdoor terrace bathed us in glorious sunlight , whilst we were being served ,what i can only describe ,as the best haddock and chips that we have ever tasted . washed down by equally delicious local ale . NoTwenty9 .... Don't change a thing .

Went for another Sunday lunch today and it was again amazing. I had tempura prawns as a starter and my husband scallops. We both had roastbeef for main which was perfectly cooked and so were the roast potatoes and vegetables. Service was very good too. Looking forward to going back in the summer to sit in their courtyard

Fantastic restaurant, food and service was outstanding. Had a lovely evening here and also got to view the wine cellar (upstairs), which was impressive, especially with the explanations from Dan. Just a shame they didn't have an open Cristal for us to taste 🤭

Probably the best bar and restaurant in Burnham Market! Funky cocktails made with love. Dog friendly in front bar and food is always great. Favourite spot in BM❤️

Visited for a meal and a drink at the bar afterwards. The food was terrific, a small-ish menu but very well cooked. Service was friendly and fast, despite it being quite busy. The one main detractor came when we visited the bar area afterwards. The décor seems quite badly thought out, very large black-and-white celebrity photos that don't fit properly in the space and detract greatly from the general ambience. I know there's generally no accounting for taste, and it's probably only our opinion, but it did feel an odd choice in an otherwise charming and well presented venue.

Sunday lunch was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Dogs were made very welcome and had their own menu. Lovely vibe, hip decor, friendly staff and wonderful food at reasonable prices. Wish this place was on our door step but if we are in Norfolk again we will most definitely return to No Twenty9. Thank you for a great experience

Went here for a family, birthday meal. There were seven of us and had a great time. The town is beautiful and the restaurant, very well appointed. I highly recommend the steak, it may be the best one I've ever had! Cooked at a high temperature in a wood fored oven. It makes all the difference and comes highly recommended

We have just had our annual stay at No29 and the whole experience didn't disappoint. After having a few pre meal drinks in their lovely courtyard, we had a really great meal. Service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the Monroe suite which is so comfortable, clean and well maintained. Breakfast in the courtyard was lovely and great coffee. A really excellent stay, would highly recommend! We'll definitely be back!

Exceptional - !!! We discovered Twenty9 last year after simply calling in for lunch in the bar. We fell in love with it and decided to celebrate our special wedding anniversary there. love the quirky venue, so much thought put into every detail. Spotlessly clean, the staff are outstanding, food was delicious. Our stay at Twenty9 made our 25th wedding anniversary so memorable. We are moving to North Norfolk and would not look anywhere else now to spend all our special occasions going forward. Thank you to everyone for making us feel special. Xx

I've been to No29 a few times previously and have always been really impressed with the food and service, so it was my instant go-to when booking a table for Sat evening for myself and six school mates. We were given a lovely private dining room which I wasn't expecting and the food was simply exceptional. The service was super attentive and very welcoming. We stayed for cocktails in the main bar which I highly recommend. Literally cannot fault and we will definitely be back!

I was away in Norfolk with my Partner to celebrate my birthday and tried to book a table online which unfortunately didn’t go through so popped in the following day to see if there was any availability for a table for two. Annetta was the most lovely lady not only fitting us in but assigning us to a prime seating location for two to view the Chefs as we ate & drank. Service was incredible, food was sublime and would highly recommend this cosy, beautiful place. Thank you, Annetta for making my birthday one to remember x
