Stewart was a fantastic host and this pub is spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout.

Fantastic food - far far better than the “upmarket” Chevin Lodge, which cost us a fortune. Service was excellent, welcoming and friendly. Atmosphere was quiet as it was a Monday night but perfect for a relaxed birthday meal for two. Excellent value for money.
New to this pub and was totally welcomed. We had 2 sausage and mash meals and a lasagne and sides. Totally enjoyed all our meals and service was brilliant. Big shout out to my lasagne, absolutely delicious!
Excellent food. Only problem was the sourdough garlic bread was awful, pressed my fork into the bread and oil oozed out. That said I will definitely revisit and would recommend
First visit here, but won't be the last. The food was great, and the so were the staff. I left a bit disappointed as I was soooo full I couldn't fit a dessert in!
Went today for mothers day the food was beautiful the staff were great, 8 off us went no negatives booked again for a family birthday can't wait
