Had a fabulous meal here the other evening looked awesome and tasted awesome too!! Can't rate this place high enough. James and his team always seem to be investing in it somewhere, keep up the good work! (The Wheel looks good!) shame we couldn't of found a big enough place for it! x
Excellent find, a real hidden gem, everything from room to food to staff was first class !

Hotel was fantastic, lovely clean room, the bed was sooooo comfortable and the shower was to die for. The adjacent pub restaurant was lovely although their idea of a side salad was in fact four helpings of their meal garnish plus half a dozen green olives and 3 black grapes, how bizarre but the baby back ribs were delish.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time, the rooms are large, very comfy and spotlessly clean, large wet room was also spotlessly clean. One way window gave us a bit of a giggle, laying on the bed watching the world go by. Ate in the restaurant both nights, really lovely food, polite staff and quick service. Breakfast both mornings was superb. I expected it to be noisy at night due to the pub but it wasn't, band playing Saturday evening but stopped at a reasonable time. Only dislike was the sewer smell in corridor and reception in the evening, ....despite this we would definitely stay again
Marvellous place even in the depths of winter. Amazing luxurious rooms and wonderful comfortable beds. Staff warm and friendly - booking again this time for a lodge with hot tub in March can't wait!
We just popped in for lunch and drinks to celebrate a birthday , food was first class as was the service, staff were very friendly and helpful, everywhere was spotless. This was my first visit for a number of years, what a transformation, will definitely be returning.
Lovely Inn, great selection of food and drinks, staff are excellent and the atmosphere is wonderful!! Would highly recommend!!x
