My favourite Chinese in burgess hill , it all depends on your favourite dishes are, but I’ve always been pleased with all of the orders I’ve made so far , and there’s been quite a few .
Ordered at 5:20pm on a Saturday and food was delivered fresh and hot by 5:40pm. Quickest delivery I've had of anything, ever, and such friendly service. The food itself was fantastic - particularly the crispy chilli beef and the crispy pork. Not too greasy and perfectly cooked. A couple of pieces of bone were in one of the duck rolls, but I think I was just unlucky as the other one was fine - it happens. We will definitely be ordering again!

What can I say...
This place is a gem. Everything we ordered was nothing short of exceptional. Mixed Hors D'oeuvres - ribs were delicious, prawn toast were crispy and golden at not at all greasy, same story with the vegetable spring rolls and they had a good amount of filling, chicken skewers were perfectly cooked. Sweet and sour chicken balls were crispy but fluffy and again not greasy. Crispy shredded beef was the best I've ever had, the beef and veggies was a lovely texture and the sauce was spiced to perfection. OMG the pineapple fritters mmmmmmmmm
Simply the best Chinese in the area. Great tasting food and presentation, and an open plan kitchen so you can watch them cook and prepare your mea, of which adds style and confidence. We've been a customer for years and they seem to get better each time we visit.
Nice little Chinese takeaway, used it a few times now. They have a pretty novel ordering system where you WhatsApp them your order, really good idea as then you've both got written receipt of items in case anything was missing.
The food has so far been mostly pleasant, aside from an unfortunately grissly pork noodle dish a while ago, but that seemed to be an outlier. Standard issue with Chinese restaurants in that they have very little online presence, and would really benefit from being on UberEats/Deliveroo like the rest of the offerings in town.
Tip top. Best Chinese we’ve had in years. New owners and chef maybe, because this was top draw! Hope standards don’t slip. Fresh, not salty and delicious.

I ate here the other day and it was hands down the best fish and chip in have had in a long time. A nice thick piece of cod and plenty of chips for such a grate price. friendly staff always up for a chat .I'm definitely coming back here.
After looking at various reviews for Chinese Takeaway we opted for New Tim Ley and we are so pleased we did as the food was fantastic. There were 6 of us eating and everyone really enjoyed as it tasted like authentic Chinese food. It took just under 45 mins to arrive on a Saturday night which I thought was really good and besides I think it's worth waiting for quality.
Had a delivery tonight and it was excellent.
Not had food from here for a while now, but definitely will again.

All cooked brilliantly.

Fish & chips at their best. Fish wasn't over greasy and cooked perfectly. Chips tasted amazing! Though they are closing for a couple of weeks as they are renovating. Think they are going to be doing Chinese as well as fish & chips.
