Four of us called in last Tuesday for lunch during our working day.
The kitchen was closed unfortunately but we stayed for a drink and visited the local chip shop instead.
The young lady on the bar was very polite and friendly.

The food was utterly epic, the staff were great and didn't forget about us even though we were randomly seated outside and their service was super friendly. The decor inside is really lovely and cosy. We will definitely be visiting again.

Nice pubs good food. Lots of outdoor seating and a play area for the kids with slides and plenty of room to run around. They show sports and have a selection of beers and serve a Sunday roast £12.99. you can also sit out on the roadside at the top of Burgess hill. It has parking out the back.
