Such a shame, the food was out of this world. So delicious and really well catered for gluten allergy but my god they could not have been more unwelcoming and rude. There were 4 adults and 3 children, we spent over £200 and they treated us so poorly. They didn't seem to want our custom at all. Rolled their eyes at us and tutted at the children who were VERY well behaved. Even other customers commented how well they behaved.
A wonderful contemporary Italian restaurant on the outskirts of Burgess Hill town centre. A small venue which adds to the atmosphere. The frontage is opened up in summer adding the feel of a alfresco. The menu reveals typical Italian favourites done with real Italian style, but there are many of the more traditional dishes to sample. Absolutely delicious. Staff are warm and friendly. Service is very good. Be advised to book first. It’s very popular!!
I’ve been eyeing this place up since I moved to the area and finally decided to go on Monday evening, and I’m so glad I did! Amazing food, great service, lovely atmosphere and generally a fantastic restaurant to dine in! I will certainly be back!

A great family run Italian restaurant in Burgess Hill. There is wheelchair access y
to the side of the entrance. Two pleasant fining areas with café tables outside too. Simply but elegantly furnished. Comfortable seating and a genuinely warm welcome from the staff. A good drinks / wine list. Cocktails also available. A good choice of starters, stone baked pizzas, pasta, meat and fish fishes. A nice relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely return.

Very understated from the outside, this family run Italian restaurant serves exactly the pizzas and pastas that you would expect but the quality of the dishes is excellent and the service is very friendly and attentive. Great food in a relaxed setting for a really good price
I’ve lived in burgess hill for quite a few years and never been to Buon Appetito before. I went just for a catch up with a friend and what a great find! Lovely food, great service and such a pretty little restaurant. I would definitely recommend and am looking forward to returning. Well worth a visit 😊

Great evening to get all the work crew together. Really lovely food and great service and a reasonable bill too! Please, please please get some alcohol free beer though, that's a real oversight and disappointing for people who can't or don't drink alcohol.

Once again, we were celebrating one of our choir girls' birthdays. Buon Appetito didn't let us down to make this a very special occasion.
