Ok this place serves Spanish dishes.. I’m a fan .. big tapas portions.. good service .. well done to Alex .. and a young lad behind the bar Matt .. I’ll definitely come back and a great place for food and drink 🍺
My son took me here for my birthday, lovely venue inside with a garden at the rear and seating outside both in the garden and to the side of the pub. Pleasant staff, good selection of drinks, great food prepared with skill and passion. We had olives on ice, sourdough bread with balsamic vinegar an
Popped in after searching ‘pubs near me’ on a long journey and not fancying motorway services this was a good shout. Easy parking, friendly staff. A good plant based menu, very reasonable prices and for a Marstons, it’s got a lot of character. Well worth the short detour. Cheers, Adam.
A lovely Sunday lunch menu and friendly staff. We will definetly be back.
Great place for the kids to let loose. Would highly recommend a gate from the seating area to the carpark to keep the children in. But otherwise always a great time when we go.
Fantastic food as always, I had the penne at it chicken, chorizo, goats cheese, cream and chilli oil. It had loads of chicken and sauce and was super flavoursome. Service was good. A little cold due to the fire being out of action but it didn't ruin lunch.
Upstairs in the restaurant was lovely, staff were polite and friendly. The food was nice, the desserts were lovely and the Italian wine we shared was delicious. Very nearly a 5 star. Only drawback was the table was just a little dirty, the desserts took slightly too long and the candle holders were
Food was pretty good, couldn’t fault anything at all, just perfect.
Lovely pub with 2 large beer gardens, both suitable for dogs too. Friendly staff and really nice food too. Today there was a tapas menu. We had a portion of modules and and portion of truffle fries. Both delicious
Exellent outside space for the grand children to play whilst supervising with a beer.
Very good quality food. Sunday lunch for around £25 for 2 courses. Good quantity of meat given on the dish choices we had (salmon and turkey) with roasities, stuffing and yorkshire pudding. Only downside was that veg was £5 extra, which I would say was definitely required to make it a filling meal.
Went last yesterday for some food and a few drinks the food was the best highly recommended 👌
Lovely place to while away the afternoon or evening. Great staff.
Good is amazing and fresh , the interiors are very elegant and staff very nice and polite
Fantastic place, hidden in the heart of Burbage. Ideal for meeting with families or friends.
Great selection of food and drink, including cocktails. Cosy indoor seating and lots of garden seating, great for kids, can get noisy by the playground but there are two outdoor areas with one away from the play area.
Went for a special family lunch with eight adults and three young children and had the room upstairs. Lovley staff and nothing was too much trouble. The decor and ambience made it even more an enjoyable afternoon. The food was very good and well presented 👍😊
