This is a great cafe with very friendly staff. The cheese scones are light and full of flavour and knock the spots off those served by other cafes in the area. There’s usually something to entertain you whilst looking outside or getting close up - think peacocks, goats, donkeys sheep so it’s lovely
Not sure why so few reviews so let's go! Once you get over you're In a cafe not a pub (guessing you know already before going lol) it's bloody brilliant. The two roasts we had were two of the best in the last year or so. Excellent gravy. Pork and Turkey, extra cauliflower cheese. Lovely veg. Fantast
Lovely working farm with a cafe (i would suggest booking a table) Most meals about £14, good quality local ingredients. I had the Player which was a lot more filling than I expected. There are donkeys, pigs, sheep, peacocks, goats and cows to look at. A real hidden gem.

We popped in this afternoon after deciding to change what we had planned tonight for a BBQ. Amazing choice as always, BEST pork & apple burgers, amazing herby sausages, fantastic piri piri chicken wings. All with the usual wonderful service. Can't wait to use the rump steak tomorrow!
