The old static caravan is now an upgraded cafe horse box! Lovely garden setting near the beach. Delicious coffees and cakes. We didn’t try the ice cream. 1 toilet available and a garden with stream for the dog to have a fresh water drink. Nice stop off point if doing a circuit low tide walk to/from Bude and up over the cliffs to get back to Bude.

What a lovely find. Really worth the drive. They do have a field for parking and even a loo 😁 The food and drinks were excellent

September 2022 My friend Geraldine and I came upon this enchanting tea garden by chance, whilst out walking on Saturday and what a lucky find! It’s in a beautiful setting and it offers a larger menu than we expected, and with such great prices. The cakes are divine……we tried the raspberry and white chocolate plus the lemon drizzle and they are to die for! Beth, the proprietor, told me they are baked on a local farm. Beth is so lovely and friendly and after continuing our walk, we called back to take cake home. It absolutely made our day to find this jewel in the crown, so thank you! I’ll definitely be returning with my husband! Update: I did indeed return with my husband on Bank Holiday Monday, May 1st 2023 only to find the tea garden has changed hands and is completely different! If I remember correctly, it's now called Sip and Sea and only serves drinks. Maybe they may expand to serving food, I don't know? I was gutted to find it wasn't the same, such a shame.

We only stopped for a drink after a walk along the beach. Very friendly staff, reasonably priced. I had a can of Lazy Day, a locally brewed IPA, it was delicious! Even had a novelty looking toilet shed, which was very clean and quaint!

Lovely spot, in a unique location, now called Sip and Sea after previous owners passing. Proper coffee, and very tasty local handmade naughty cakes to choose from, no lunches (yet) served from a horse trailer (yes really) Service is great, with really nice and pleasant staff to deal with. Seating is rustic garden benches, with a lovely stream running through it with views of the valley, cliffs and sea.. access is best if you walk over from Bude, path is moderate with accessible gates, although steep hill down to cafe on road. Limited parking for a handful of cars, or limited national trust parking up the hill. You can pay contactless, and I think they have just added a very basic outside toilet for customers...

Can't comment on food as I didn't have any. Lovely relaxed ramshackle garden with a delightful stream. Coffee served from a quaint van. Friendly staff. Lovely location. Very popular.

A lovely man who, even though he was closing down for the evening, took pity on me and made me a cheese toasty! I must have really looked worse for wear! 😂 Delicious food and a gorgeous location

We were in Cornwall and had to get a cream tea. It's the law. Looking for somewhere local to our caravan we stumbled upon this place. The photos we could find made it appear that it was a static caravan in a field. We were not holding out much hope, but gave it a chance. We are glad we did! It is a static caravan in a field, but the field has lots of benches and a lovely stream running through. There is little shade but we visited in an overcast day. Obviously took advantage of the cream teas. Servings were generous to say the least. Will make the trip if we're in the area again!

Great Tea and Cake. A Cornish Pasty would have been tempting but you just sell cake.

Very nice to come back again, only thing that could be improved is to bring back proper mugs and tea pots! Other than that it was lovely thank you

Had a great lunch / cake stop. Nice quiet peaceful location with plenty of seating. Friendly and good service although there can be a bit of a queue. Food was fab and would certainly recommend the cakes which were awesome. Only downside was the absence of customer toilets.
