Haven't been here for a good few years. Was good back then and every bit as good now. The menu is hearty wholesome food with a great choice and not pretentious in any way. Service was excellent and food arrived promptly & hot. Decided to share a dessert (just as well as it was enormous). 10 out of 1
Beautiful little village, beautiful little Inn. We had our Sunday Roast here and it was amazing. Service was very friendly and the place itself was like stepping back in time. I gave 4 stars as my only complaint was there was too much pepper used in some of the veg but the roast potatoes were amazin
Excellent traditional village pub you wish it was your local , friendly staff ,Super Sunday roast beef and the chicken. Tasty meat & gravy, proper roast potatoes with parsnip,carrot,cabbage, swede mash, French green beans , Yorkshire pud a good plate full.
