If I could give zero I would. Waited an hour and 15mins until I called them only for them to tell me they cannot deliver as they have no drivers. They claimed to call me but they did not, which means they straight up lied. Was also told a refund would take up to 45 days...ended up going in to collec

I did pick-up here after reading reviews so obviously I actually got my pizza. As for the rest, well it's Domino's - mass produced American and very ordinary pizza. Always the same. If you want a tasty pizza get it elsewhere, if you want a filling pizza then Domino's is just fine.

App says delivered. Store says not yet left them. Hum. Me thinks there is an issue with expectation management and general customer experience. Can’t do enough to get you off the phone before you even mention refund….

Never really had a problem, and we have ordered a fair few times. Always hot, delicious and the delivery guys are friendly and polite.

The dominos in Buckingham is excellent in terms of taste in food and speed, sometimes however the delivery drivers are kind of slow so you kind of have to account for that if you want a pizza in Buckingham.

I ordered 2 pizzas 1 was good but same pizza ordered again was bad It had less cheeze, standard norms are not followed

Definitely not faster than a racehorse with eight legs. Absolutely awful service after it took 1 hour and 40 minutes for pizzas that were closer to bone-chillingly cold than piping hot. Once on the phone, I was made to feel like I was being the unreasonable one for not being overjoyed with cold pizz

If I could offer - 10 stars I would. Just poor food is ok when !!!!! It arrives.......it just doesn't. No communication 😪 😑 😕
