Nice enough, limited small menu. Was expecting a little .ore seafood variety. Fish and chips was good, sides simple and fresh.

After being turned down for a tent pitch around the corner we went into the pub for an early tea as we'd skipped lunch. Dinner was starting at 5 and we arrived at 4 but the staff kindly said the kitchen would start cooking for us at 4:30.

The friendly chatter of the local patrons , and an impromptu karaoke made this weekend getaway to a small town quite exciting. Service was excellent, bar maid has a good sense of humour and attentive.
