Nice large pub, easy to park. Went with a group of mates. All had good meals, very reasonably priced. Disappointed the grill wasn't working as most of us fancied steak or burgers. Not the first time I have visited and there has been no grill.
Went to this pub as knew they had outside seating and the weather was nice, got to the pub, parking was limited but was a nice day so that's why full, street parking is available, Got served at bar in good time, then ordered food which again came in good time, live football was on so the atmosphere
Lovely pub. Barman was super efficient. Unfortunately the steak I had, although ordered rare, wasn't cooked at all on one half, so was inedible. The peas were also cold on arrival too and the pepper sauce could be improved as it tasted more like a gravy. My friends all thoroughly enjoyed their dishe
Had a lovely Good Friday at the Monkhams, the sun was out and it was a lovely day, we sat out in the garden and ordered the food. The chicken burger was lovely, my dad had the steak and it was cooked to his satisfaction. My mum had the mixed grill and it was lovely she left the plate clean it was th
Had a great time for when we stoped here for Newcastle vs West Ham. As Newcastle fan we all were felt very welcome and staff were super friendly. Recommend their full english breakfast with a pint gets you pumped and very reasonably priced for London. Thanks a lot guys!
Great food, good seating, nice pub/restaurant😀👍🏻
Been going here for years. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the food is consistently good and the drinks are good value.
Lovely community pub near train station. Beer garden, dart board, pool table, many screens to watch live sport and a friendly pub quiz on a Sunday. Lovely food and decent beer. Would recommend if you're in this next of the woods.
Great pub with a nice variety of food and drinks available at a reasonable price. Lovely welcoming atmosphere, and good vibe. It's a busy establishment but is large enough to not feel cramped.
Had a Sunday roast here everything was either from icelands or some where else yorkshire puds tasted like they had just been warmed up in microwave cauliflower was rock hark not even cooked Had meals here before and were really nice
There wasn't any tables available when we arrived, but one of the girls quickly noticed that we were looking for a table and quickly organised one for us. We felt very welcomed by her (5 star hostess). The staff at the bar were quick and well trained. Great. The food arrived quickly and it was deli
Food was very nice and plentiful, well presented too. Great location, very spacious and airy inside. There are also deals for each day of the week. Coffees at the end were horrible though, not sure who was to blame: the produce, machine or person who's made them. But don't let that deter you 😉
