This Prezzo is a really great spot for a weeknight meal, we like to go a bit earlier (around 5 ish) as it's quieter. The wait staff are friendly, kind and attentive.
Food is as good as you would expect for the amount you pay and there's lots of vegan options (and options for other dietary requirements). I really enjoyed the hummus starter, it was fresh and had a pleasant citrus flavour.
This is a really good branch of Prezzo. The staff are very friendly and were absolutely great with all the kids at our family meal. As you would expect, the food wass tasty and cooked to a high quality. We went to eat early and the service was attentive. At no point did we feel we were rushed. The only downside to this branch is that it can be a little difficult to park, however you may get lucky with a space or you could take public transport which is also located close by. All in all, an enjoyable experience.
Lovely pizza. Ordered a take away and was ready for collection at the allotted time. Friendly lady staff. Parking along Queens Road might be difficult but the Waitrose car park nearby is an option. This would now be my preferred pizza . Used to order Papa johns and Pizza hut. The quality of Prezzo is superior.
There didn't seem anything extra special to this place until Jasper came to our table to take our order. Then the magic happened, what a credit to Prezzo to have him working for them. He made my night. The food was good, the service fast, and the prices were not bad. But I will always remember being made to feel special because the time and conversation from Jasper.

Certainly one of the best Italian meals we've had for a long time. Service was top notch and a good range of beers/wines on offer.
Dessert topped it off with a delicious serving. I think it's the best chocolate cake I've had in recent memory. Not so sweet with excessive sugar that others have. Just perfect.
Visited yesterday with the family. I telephoned shortly before and they had a table available for us. We received a warm welcome upon arriving. The waiter was very nice throughout. The food was tasty and arrived in good time. One downside was that the chocolate fudge cake has changed and not as nice as when we last remembered. The toilets, table and seats were clean. All in all, a nice experience.

very decent meal to have with my family, service was very good and really friendly and I was quite impressed if I must say, we ordered white wine Sav Blanc, they served the bottle beautifully, however, they have not given us any ice to keep the wine chilled for the duration of our meal there, the gentleman who was the host at the time was very kind and professional. (Bald guy sorry we dint get the name haha) a little bit of an issue with the glasses as they came to the table dirty with debris and bits at the bottom of the glass to have a lip lipstick stain from a wine glass. aside from this, the staff has been very accommodating and really took care of us.
starters was a joy to have, we went for 4 different starters to share between us and provided us with small plates to indulge ourselves with the different flavours.
hummus 9/10
came with a fantastic flavourful Hummus with fresh hot flatbread to dip with, really well seasoned, great portion to have
calamari 7.2/10
the dip for the calamari is very well balanced and really well made, the calamari was very well cooked and the texture of the breading was nice and crisp, however, it was a little bit chewy indicating perhaps it was from a frozen packet, premade and it seemed too uniform to be made in the restaurant at the time , it was still a joy to have with the wine and perhaps for the prices that you pay for you might expect the calamari to be homemade.

now this is a special one, very well balanced seasoned to the tea and the sauce it came with was a really good paring, the only downside I can say was it was a little undercooked and just a touch more with the stuffing that was in the inside to bring the dish altogether.

Beef chianti served with mashed potato infused with porcini mushroom. 8.5/10
My favourite dish by far upon years of coming to the restaurant, the flavour of the red wine the herbs and the depth of flavour from onions and the tender beef it was a great experience to have, perhaps I should have ordered a great red wine to pair it with this wonderful of a dish, the mash, on the other hand, was a downfall of the dish has the consistency was a little too wet the porcini mushrooms gave it a wonderful flavour, umami and earthy notes and it was well seasoned it was delicious to have with the beef and compliments well but there was just not enough mash to pair with the food and the serving was one tablespoon of the mash to go with a large ladle of wonderful chianti beef
overall it was a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again soon
Great experience at this Prezzo branch. Service is exceptional, especially Jasper who was professional, attentive and very knowledgeable. Food is also good notably the pizza. They have a lovely outdoor area which is great for summer days. Highly recommended.
Tasty food at good prices. Xmas set menu deal is very good value, plenty of space between tables, relaxed atmosphere and nice staff. They have bright, clean toilets, always a plus! Shame the amaretto had run out for the xmas martini but they provided an alternative.

I was visiting on a whim as I was in the area and really needed to get some food. I work on the road and am a solo worker so sometimes going into restaurants alone isn't so much fun but the manager (I think her name was Jana) was just SO friendly and genuinely took interest and the time to talk to me which made all the difference. I am one of these nightmare diners that really cant eat gluten but this was no issue at all and within seconds I had a gluten free menu and the servers were ready, telling me that should I want something different they would be happy to see if they could make changes to the dish to accommodate what I wanted! The manageress (as I said I think her name is Jana) was really helpful as I wanted to get some work done and she made sure I had a seat that wasn't too close to everyone else so I had some peace which I thought was a really nice touch. I really was so impressed by my time in the restaurant, all the staff seemed so friendly and it was great that you could see the chefs at work too! I will absolutely be returning with friends next time and I am looking forward to it already! Great food, great service - honestly such a good branch of Prezzo's to visit!
