Friendly, prompt service. Food really very good. I had an egg roll with ultra-fresh salad and coleslaw the way I like it. The thing about the egg roll is that the bun was good and the egg very good. Eggs we get these days just are a bit dull but the free-range eggs used here were different.
Had a late lunch in here on Saturday having explored the Moor a little and undertaken a fabulous walk. We were cold and hungry by 2.30pm and this cosy cafe was a great find. Friendly staff serving great food which was good value. I would definitely recommend.

The cream tea was tremendous and my husband enjoyed his cheese salad too. Copious quantities so best to come hungry!
