Well me and my pal attended this evening as we were looking for somewhere for a meal. We were met with a warm welcome and shown to our table. After ordering drinks, we ordered food and the waiting time was more than adequate. The food was wonderful. But the best part of the evening was the unbelievable customer service we received from Molly and Lauren. Customer service is everything and these two gave the best service possible! An absolute credit to that restaurant. Ok the food was absolutely great, but customer service like that is what will bring people back time and time again. Everything from a warm greeting, to a polite manner, wonderful attitudes, attention to detail, concern and consideration...........the list goes on.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We found everything very clean and tidy. When we placed our order we did not have long to wait for our food and drinks. The food was tasty at a reasonable price and we will definitely call back again.

Amazing! Beautiful place to eat. Venue is perfect. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have a disability and the staff member that seated my friend and I took the time to ask if the table she had chosen to seat us at met my needs etc. we were immediately asked if we had any allergies or special dietary requirements. The server then came back around to ask us if we’d like drinks whilst we were perusing the menus. I had a few questions about a discount voucher I had received and she happily gave me all the info I needed. The meals were top notch. The steaks we ordered were done to perfection. I can’t wait for my next visit. Bravo Willow Tree!

Lovely pub restaurant and bar. Cosy comfortable tables and furniture. Rustic styling. Food is very good well cooked, lots of choice, including vegan and food allergies catered for. Well stocked bar .⁷ Staff friendly, attentive, and well trained. Food delivered in a timely manner, and staff appeared cheerful in their jobs. Toilets are lovely and clean, and the venue itself was clean. Lots of parking available and play area for children, very child friendly venue. Wheel chair accessible. Local nature habitat just outside, nice place for Sunday lunch and walk.

To be honest, we've never really rated the food we've had in the past decade or more of eating at the Willow Tree. We went because it was convenient and a nice pub. However, yesterday we called in and were surprised and delighted by the improved standards. Very friendly service - as always - particularly from Lauren, the manager, who is the model of a professional. The food was superb: my veggie chilli one of the best I've ever eaten - and I've eaten quite a few! And my husband enjoyed his rump steak. Very good value for money - albeit the drinks a little pricey. All in all, a great experience - thank you!

The staff are so kind and friendly, both service and hospitality are top tier. The food is delicious and relatively fast, I would definitely recommend. It was pretty quiet but other customers were respectful towards the staff which was nice to see. Will definitely be returning, thank you for a lovely time!

Lovely food with plenty of choice. Dessert to die for. Friendly staff. Only downside is that the prices appear to have rocketed. Yes, all prices have increased recently but surely a company as big as Marstens can afford to absorb some of the extra costs in deprived areas so as not to lose the usual footfall of customers.

Good choice of food, Roast dinner is really nice not fussed on the Yorkshire pudding. Ice cream sundaes are lovely. A bit more pricey than some places

As always the food was excellent in terms of both quality and value for money. Service was very good (thanks Mitchell!). The only mini complaint was that we were sitting near the Kids Zone and it got a bit rowdy in there.

The food was lovely though it wasn’t very filling in my opinion, the service wasn’t so great the staff were lovely and very friendly though the service to get out food was very slow and we were waiting over an hour to get our food delivered to the table, the disabled toilets were radar keyed and pretty clean, overall a pretty decent experience though we would probably. one again when it it less busy.
