I had my 60th birthday party here on Friday and wow what a night with all my friends and family.
The food was amazing and the staff couldn't do enough. Highly recommend any function here as superb and everyone commented on what a fantastic night.
We went here for an evening meal for a catch up with old friends . There was 4 of us and was served by a very polite young man . We inquired about a veg special that we email about and no one seemed to know anything about it But they were brilliant the put together a Mediterranean Vegetables & Goats Cheese Tart meal with salad and chips that was superb . The burger was huge and very tasty but the carbonara was scrumptious . The place was clean and fairly busy . Good prices made even better with buy 1 get one free from spree . Hand cream in the bathroom was a very nice touch. Over all a very nice evening with nice atmosphere, music playing in the back ground but not to loud . Would happily go back
My first visit today with a friend. Absolutely loved it, it's a nice place to have coffee with its friendly staff, under cover seating area on the verandah with a view over the marina. There is also a cute little shop inside the cafe. I will definately come again and will try to come one evening. I have already recommended you to another friend. Thank you East Hills.
We were only in town for a night as I was doing a sky dive in Beccles but the air bnb we were staying with recommended East Hills. We booked a table but got stuck in horrendous traffic so called and they made sure we got a table 2 hours later. Turned up and table was reserved, very attentive staff and food, well we were blown away at the portion sizes and tasted amazing. We would love to come back again as it's in a beautiful location, if in town please do go and experience š

Very relaxed but great service and timing. Everyone so friendly and the food was great. Canāt wait to return again when we may be able to sit outside and watch the world go by .

Always love having coffee and cake here when we're done for the day and the food is lovely too, lovely friendly staff and Charlie the dog loves sitting in the doggy beds at the table with us too x
I have visited East Hills many times for coffee and cake which is always delicious with lovely coffee and good selection of home made cakes and scones. Went there for dinner on saturday and had a very enjoyable meal with my family. The food was excellent, the service was efficient and friendly and the atmosphere, as always, most relaxing. This place is definitely the place to go!
Fantastic place. Went there for a Valentine's meal after seeing an advert on Facebook. It was even better than we expected. Excellent food and good value.
Returned for the 1st time since Easthills has reopened and was not disappointed, had a lovely lunch sitting on the balcony in the sunshine food was great I had coronation chicken wrap and hubby had prawn baguette both was served with salad crisps and lovely homemade coleslaw! Been to East hills yesterday mum and I we have pear cake topped with almonds it's delicious. Lovely decorating around the room . We Will go again.
My friend and I visited yesterday for afternoon tea. Was absolutely brilliant! Staff were so friendly and caring. I already loved going here but now I love it even more. Thank you so much for your great food and staff. Hats off to all the team there. In the time we were there they did not stop running around but still had the time to talk to you and check everything is okay. Thanks again.

Went here for dinner, what a fantastic little gem. The lady working front of house was superb and was really engaging and passionate about the restaurant and food.
We went with the suggested tapas option, and loved it. The sweet and sour monk fish was delicious. Will be coming back for more!
Lovely selection of fish and seafood dishes, everything we had was amazing, reasonable prices and fantastic service. Cannot wait to go back again!
My wife and I took our daughter to East Hills CafƩ Bistro last night to celebrate her excellent end of year A-level results. And it was a real treat, for all of us. The service was absolutely first class, from the exceptional manager and all staff we interacted with. Superb menu knowledge, great advice, friendly and attentive. And the food... incredible! We opted for the small plates, tapas style. Every single dish we ordered was perfect. Beautifully presented, wonderful flavours. So much so, we ordered more and probably ended up try most of the menu. I have to say, the paella was as good as any I've ever had in Spain. It really was that good. The Sweet & Sour Monkfish is also definitely one not to miss. We'll certainly be visiting again. Especially ss we now know the Bistro is dog-friendly too.

First visit, but will definitely go again. Sharing seafood platter was worth every penny, as was the fish n chips. Staff were great too. Happy and friendly.. Loved it

Lovely place, stopped for breakfast twice whilst holidaying nearby. Great full English and excellent vegetarian breakfast. One minor point need bigger tea pots, really good to have loose leave tea but very strong in a small teapot. Overall well worth a visit
Beautiful afternoon tea. Everything nice and fresh with as much tea and coffee as you want. Very good value at Ā£25 for two and lovely surroundings including the little gift shop. Really nice place, I shall be back.
