Smaller than it looks, but functions as it should. Mostly has a great team of staff working although there has been a couple of times when a certain staff member is working that the service level goes down, shame really as its the same person every time and its not that she's rude to us but the way she speaks to her colleagues really makes us disappointed. One person is all it takes.
Always thought the coffee would be too strong, but the cinnamon latte was perfect, i dont like the smell or taste of coffee so this was A*****

Always happy a little bit pricey but isn’t everything just now. Limited parking and it’s not entirely clear when they close in the evening? Nice toilets and outside seating available. Sits next to greggs at the old jet garage on the A8 by Broxburn.
Lovely inside. Haven't used the drive-thru. The food was great, and the Hot Chocolate was tasty. The staff dealt with our order quickly.
Great service and staff. They genuinely care about doing their job well (at least that's the impression I got).
Although I did once get told that I couldn't be served about 15 min before closing time - they had already started tidying up so fair enough I guess.
Lovely place and the service is great and they are dog 🐕 friendly 😀 seats in and outside as well.

Just a standard Starbucks. Good coffee and good service. I would say they could probably fit more tables inside to increase the number of seating.
We love visiting this Starbucks as the service is great, it's genuinely dog friendly and a lovely atmosphere
Good service coffee and good was yummy only down side was the wait to get served but they appeared to be lacking staff I would still go again
