We support local and nationally hospitality where possible. After a Facebook campaign about how the students weren't getting the full hospitality experience.
We opted for the spring menu evening.

Pan Roasted Lamb, new potatoes peas a la Francais and lamb jus
Chicken Pot Pie sautéed potatos creamed cabbage
Salmon fillet with asparagus, tomatoes, new potatoes with a creamy white wine sauce.
Puddings
Chocolate Mouse with white chocolate macarons
Chaux pastry ring filled with fresh cream and seasonal and new fruit
Lemon surprise, lemon sponge with a lemon sauce, severed hot with vanilla ice cream.
They do them nights.
