Absolutely fantastic carvery and sweet. Only £10. Not worth switching the oven on. And wonderful helpful staff. Will certainly be going again.
Lovely food. 2 course carvery for £10. Banging. The deserts could be a little better but for £10 for a carvery and desert you actually can't go wrong. Some staff a little grumpy though
lovely food however child menu is expensive for a 2 year old to be able to eat. also i have an eating disorder and struggle eating a full meal so when asked for a box to take home i was charged which i found quite ridiculous. all staff friendly however and lovely atmosphere
1st time visiting here after been recommended by family. We wasn't disappointed. Carvery was yummy, pudding was delicious & all staff were very friendly & welcoming. Will definitely be going again :-)
We've been several times to the March Hare. Great carvery, really nice desserts and some really good deals. Very well run. Book in advance - it gets really busy!
Visited for a lunchtime carvery. Lovely selection of meats, potatoes, vegetables. Good value. Lovely selections of puddings. March Hare Pale ale a lovely pint from bar amongst others
Excellent Carvery, worth having a desert if you cannot manage it , they will pack it for you to rake away. The freshest vegetables and cooked to perfection with a very wide choice. Joints of beef, pork and turkey, taste gorgeous. I fully recommend dining. You need to book, it's that good.
Great value food, 4 of us have been the past 2 weeks and had the carvery, so much choice, great value. Would recommend.
Excellente Very welcoming. A large choice on the menu, reasonable prices and the quality of the food was very good. The waiting staff top class. I highly recommend this pub.
Great carvery at a great price. Best carvery we've had for a long time. Will go again even though its a 45 minute drive from our home.
This place serves good food. The carvery is very good usually but today the meat was cold and so were some of the vegetables. The cauliflower was very under cooked and I could not cut it. I am assuming this is a one off as it is normally brilliant. There was also a hygiene issue at the carvery table
Real Ale excellent, food carvery very good bar staff were friendly and helpful. I observed their patience with more demanding customers, the only thing that was a negative was the servery chef. A sort of Basil Faulty type! Worth a visit.
Looked beautiful drove out for a nice meal got there at 8.15 they stop serving food at 8. Quite shocked at that as most places 9 pm. Shame as it looked like a nice place didn't stay for a drink as I need some food. May be next time.
Excellent value. Carvery very good. My only complaint they had run out of some desserts when we came to get ours.
My family really enjoyed our Sunday lunch. Lovely veg option.
Amazing food, excellent value for money. Choice of 3 meat choices and unlimited veg and sides. Pudding choices were excellent.
Went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. On a Sunday for the carvery. 2 adults a child and 2 dogs. We were sat in the bar because of the dogs but it was very cosy with the log burner on. We enjoyed the carvery so much that we booked for Easter Sunday with the folks joining us. The meat po
The inn was a small personal space very clean The staff was friendly, but the icing on the cake was the food, generous portions and taste marvelous, thanks for making our day out a lovely experience.
Best Carvery I've had in years. Others in our party had equally good food.. nothing is ever perfect but The March Hare is close.
