Whilst out we popped here for some lunch. The shop is very clean and really nicely decked out.
The staff were really nice and pleasant.
The cost was a little on the high side.
The food, the fish looked overdone with the batter looking quite dark but when I cut into the fish it was beautiful. Real pleasure to eat. The chips golden brown and very very nice. The Tartar sauce was amazing.
My partner said hers was lovely and the patty was thick fresh and good quality.
Hot, tasty chips, reasonable price and no wait at all.

Love this place. Whenever I visit my family I always go here for my fish and chips. Food freshly cooked just right. Staff are great and the fryer is loud and proud

Hooked on 53 degrees fish and chip!! Really enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and the chips are really tasty, this is why I keep coming back week on week

Good food - fish and chips and pie and chips with a large side of gravy and some mushy peas. Batter on fish was light and crisp and service was good. I like that they wrapped the food in cardboard boxes so it didn’t go soggy! Very happy with my chippy tea. Thanks 👍

Nice fish and chips Would definately recommend to others. I have found recently that the portion sizes seem to be reducing. I bought a large chips for tea tonight which is the smallest I've ever had. I don't know if it has been a decision to decrease sizes
Worth every penny for the best chips & fish in the area. Also very friendly service, make you feel welcome in this chippie. Ask for some scraps, my favourite, & they'll give bag full. Absolutely scrumptious.
Really great fish and chips at a fair price. The inclusive tartar sauce in the fish special is a very nice touch. Friendly and helpful staff.
