This evening we took the kids out for a family dinner, and to add to the easter holiday treat, instead of staying and having dessert at the restaurant we thought we would take advantage of the fact this is their favourite and open late with last orders for take away at 945. Walked in and there was no other customers In the shop, this should of alerted alarm bells as it was 50% off, the place should of been packed. When ordering they had barely anything in stock, when we did finally find something they bought them out at different times so my daughter had nearly fini
Given this place a couple of chances and been disappointed both times. The staff don't seem to care about the customers and are only interested in going home as quickly as possible. Walked in around 9.20-9.25 to be told that only part of the menu was available as all the machines had been turned off
Popped in at 3.30pm on a Saturday. Cafe was about half full, although the rest of the tables were covered in dirty plates. My son was excited so we waited to be seated! After being ignored I asked if we just had to find a clear table. I was abruptly told there was a 45m wait! All they serve is waf

Opens at 3pm, so turned up at 3.30pm. Just entered the shop when two members of staff SHOUT that they are closed as they are having to put the deliveries away (Health & Safety). Will not be serving for half an hour. I think you need to sort your delivery schedule, and have your staff be a bit mor

Shame I had to give it one star. We just spent £20 for 4 desserts. The crepe was cold, we were told they cool down when they take them out !! . It was sat on the side for 10 minutes !! The crumble arrived 15 minutes later when everyone else had eaten. Would not recommend and definitely wont be retur
