I have had takeaways from Little Bengal (originally New Dilshad) for nearly twenty years. In this time, it has gone though several changes (different staff, different decor) but the food and the service has always been consistently amazing. It's unfortunate that some people have one bad experience (usually related to delivery) and feel the need to immediately leave a bad review. I have never had a problem in the past when having food delivered, however I haven't used the delivery service for over 2 years. Pick up times are always reasonable and the food is always worth any waiting for anyway! In comparison to other similar takeaways, Little Bengal have always got the winning place in terms of flavour, portion size and menu options. I have tried a fair few things from them over the years and I've never disliked anything! The samosas are nice and crispy, the curries are all individual from one another and a million miles from bland, the rice is perfectly separated and packed full of flavour, the breads are all fantastic and never disappoint. I recommend the stuffed paratha but naan breads are equally amazing. The chicken is always plentiful and cooked to perfection every time. The chef's here are out of this world, in my humble opinion! They also do kebabs like no other! I mean, actual kebabs (not the usual that you would find locally alongside battered fish). These are definitely worth a try. They have a few options and you get a whole naan bread, salad and chips. The quality and flavour is hard to find elsewhere. The price, I understand, is average for the area, although I don't really go anywhere else so not really qualified to comment! Portion sizes and quality make it worth every penny. Thank you Little Bengal, for all the lovely meals I've had over the years!

Best takeaway in my area always good food and not to expensive.

Lovely little take away in the outskirts of birmingham an asset for bromsgrove. This little golden gem serves some amazing indian curries with some aromatic souces and with a homely taste. You can tell all the items are made fresh as it smells amazing it's worth the wait to. The place is very nice and clean and from speaking to the cheff his is very passionate about his cooking and the quality of his cooking shows with the high demand iff orders in the weekend it goes get busy with people queuing up to order at the store. Will definitely recommend to the locals.

Enjoyed a set meal for one on Xmas day. Initially as I unloaded my order in my hotel room I thought... Oh my goodness, this is way too much... However, I ate every bit of it that evening. Delish prawn dhansak and peshwari naan with a healthy portion of bombay potatoes (slightly lacking in flavour after the delectable, flavour rich dhansak) and a tasty, generous helping of flavoursome onion bhaji. Highly recommended if you are seeking the perfect takeaway....

Ordered a takeaway for delivery ,I had chicken passanda , hubby had lamb jelfrezi and my son had lamb pathia. Just absolutely delicious, hubby's was a tad too spicy so I'll ask for mild next time, mine was gorgeous and my son said it's the nicest takeaway he's ever had, praise indeed , would definitely recommend 😁

Food always lovely as are staff and delivered in time stated or earlier.

For a take away only it’s bloody brilliant

Every time Order is spot on. Food excellent. Not greasy and tastes fresh - just cooked. Delivered hot and always earlier than estimated time given.
