A bit of a walk from the train station, but you can get a bus straight here. I had a Sunburst IPA and scratchings for £5.40. Very good ale, but I thought that the scratchings were a little expensive. Look forward to returning and enjoying a quality ale with a cob hopefully in the small garden, weath
Lovely pub. Good wholesome food. Great atmosphere with friendly staff and customers. Great range of real ales
Having seen one of the photographs showing 9 ales on tap we came here. With some pubs there might be photographs with a good selection on and when you go, it's quite the opposite. We arrived and weren't disappointed. 3 "black country brewery" ales on tap plus Salopian Lemon dream, 2 ciders and anoth
Great choices of Ales and ciders. An outside seating area and newly refurbished. There are freshly made cobs and home made corned beef pie. There is a dart board and really friendly staff too. Knowledgeable on the ales for sure. Plenty of places to sit and good Covid Procedures. In the winter th
We stayed 2 nights 11th & 12th August as my niece was getting married at Avoncroft museum. After we arrived late Friday afternoon armed with directions we strolled down to Avoncroft which took max 10 mins. On our return we spent the evening in the bar trying some of the ales & talking to Gary the ma
Our first ever visit and have to say not disappointed. Fantastic choice of BC Ales all at a reasonable price too. Didn't partake of the bar snacks but the cobs did look scrumptious, maybe next time 🤤
Great pub with nice large cobs. Friendly staff with affordable drinks.
Nice little dog friendly pub but only serve food 2 nights a week!
Great choice of real ales and a good cob! Perfect, just need a bigger car park. Worth a visit for sure
A very fine local pub with a good selection of real ales (and great cobs).
Brilliant selection of local real ales and great bar snacks too. Not sure if they do hot foods as I only stayed for the 1.
Decent little boozer . Real ale , Real cider . Friendly staff. Good cobs.
I am starting to love these Black Country ales pubs. Great beer. Great food. Sports on TV. Friendly service staff and you have this your home experience.
We really enjoyed our stay of 2 nights at this wonderful establishment. Staff and owners were so friendly and helpful, they ensured that we had a full vegan breakfast which we very much enjoyed. I forgot to take my hair conditioner and after a quick phone call, a bottle was delivered to me within
Nice pub, good location and staff
Excellent Black Country Brewery Public House. Friendly and warm atmosphere. Excellent service. Dog Friendly. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed
A lovely pub with the fair recently added beer garden (huge props to the owners for this). The staff are super welcoming and the locals are just as friendly. Recommend popping in here for a pint or few and to play the Tuesday night pub quiz.
Nice pub and accommodation but not very accessible by public transport at night
Would give this place more stars if I could! We were in the area for a wedding nearby and booked a 2 night stay. Rooms are fantastic, and the pub is everything you want from a boozer! The breakfasts are brilliant, fantastic quality and value and our hosts couldn't do enough for us. Gary even offered
