From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome, attentive staff that you actually felt cared about your over all experience in there pub. Good choice of beers and the food was the best carvery I have ever had! So much so I could not manage a sweet. I am a very fussy eater but the choice was exceptional and my choice of roast beef was the most tender I have ever had. I recommend the New Inn and I believe they are doing New Year's Eve so I know where I shall be going. Exceptional!๐๐๐๐๐๐
Great meal at the New Inn today. Warm welcome from Sharon and staff. Our dog made very welcome too which is great when you want to take them with you for a meal ๏ฟฝ. We will be back soon.

Booked a party at the New Inn, Bournheath after our wedding. Great atmosphere, smashing food and friendly service.
Had a lovely 2nd visit to the restaurant last week. I have no idea why it's so quiet as the food is yummy!
Absolutely amazing. The staff could not be helpful enough. They allowed me to bring a cake early and stored it in the fridge for me, then set up a cake table for our arrival, answered so many questions about the food to check for allergies, nothing was to much trouble...... and they did it all with a smile on their face.

The New Inn is a wonderful country pub with great well kept beer and splendid food. A wonderful warm welcome awaits from all the staff, clearly trained to remember all the old fashioned family standards.
At the front of the property there is a โbeer gardenโ area, very popular in the warm weather of late and part of the car park front and back. Disabled access is good with a little extra care and behind the bar area there is a large seating area in the restaurant.
The online menu is quite varied and concentrates mainly on traditional pub meals, however that is not a criticism. The portions are good, and represent great value for money. Very few people could eat here, and honestly leave hungry. The sweets menu shows the same imagination with twists on the old favourites (mine the deep fried ice cream, & rum and raisin!) The service is wonderful with helpful friendly advice and reassuring attention to detail especially with our food allergies.
In short a family run friendly and great value country pub, super well kept beer and wonderful food served with imagination and backed by a good clear understanding of food allergens.
Visited here today with my partner and 4 children. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was gorgeous. Really reasonable too. It looks like a really high end establishment but affordable prices. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. The server who served us was brilliant and so helpful and friendly xx
It's like a breath of fresh air, what a lovely family run business, super friendly and attentive, we hadn't booked and were shown to a table straight away. The beer was very nice indeed and our food order was taken within minutes, we didn't have to wait long for the food I had fish and chips and it was a large portion my wife had liver and onions, the food was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing, special thanks to Kate who made us welcome and went above and beyond to help us. Needless to say we are going back but this time we've booked a table for 14, can't wait, thank you so much ๐๐

Very popular, will have to go back and try the food. Nice seating area outside as well and wheelchair access. Carpark as well.
