We have been to this place 3 times now for Sunday lunch. 1st time was amazing, we thought it could be a fluke so went again for the 2nd time a few weeks later and yet again the meal was stunning... We decided to go yesterday on a spur of the moment after visiting family, again absolutely stunning. H

Asked for no ice but one drink had ice in it, quickly rectified. Staff were friendly and food was lovely however the cod was large and I wonder if it would be a good idea to offer a smaller portion to those who have a smaller appetite. It’s a shame to waste such lovely food

Everything was fine apart from my steak. I ordered medium but it was probably rare as the blood was running in it. I did report this and I wasn't charged for my sweet. We have been coming to the Swan for many years and this experience will not on us off.
The building is very nice, well maintained and the interior creates a pleasant atmosphere. The playground and parking facilities are convenient.
The food is average, and there's room for improvement in the service.
Went there for a birthday meal yesterday, portion size was good , I ordered the halloumi kabab, it was a bit lacking on sauce for it and there wasn't much halloumi. 3 maybe 4 cubes. It is a dog friendly pub and the just peachy mocktail is really good.

Food was excellent. The atmosphere was perfect for a sociable night out with friends. Gentle background sounds so we could talk. Lovely and friendly place. Poor woman was ran off her feet doing all the serving. Nothing was too much trouble and everything delivered with a smile.

We come here every year on this particular date , we lost our brother 4 years ago today and this was his favourite pub . Four people plus my lovely dog bundled our way in. Seated quickly and smoothly, drinks and food ordered we waited patiently. In no time at all, the food arrived, hot, well presented, delivered with expertise and the utmost courtesy. My lovely dog was even catered for with water and a dog biscuit
Only visited for a drink and not food, hence the 4 stars. As it was Saturday evening, we had to wait a little to get a seat, but it was busy in a nice way. Lovely surroundings and the bar staff were spot on.
