I do love this place. Its my favourite! My favourite dish is the mutton curry. Second is the seafood devil. Soooo good. I highly recommend! This is my dinner tonight - with bombay / curried potatoes! YUM!

Just love this place. It’s authentic Sri Lanka home cooking. No holding back on the spices. Really great selection on the menu. Nothing like this around. Really good value. Lovely staff. I can only assume that the negative reviews on here are from rival local restaurants or people expecting a standard British Indian take away. You can tell they have never tried Sri Lankan food. This is not an a standard Indian. It’s very clean, the food is fresh and is exactly what you’d get in a Sri Lankan home.

Honestly so good and great price - we’ve had it twice in the last month and it’s been so tasty both times. Tried it because we were in Sri Lanka this time last year and missed the food, and it didn’t disappoint. Seem like really nice people too

This is my go-to eatery. We have been ordering for years. I am from Sri-Lanka myself and this restaurant's cuisine is definitely authentic. Everyone is friendly, and helpful, the food is varied, fresh and mouth- watering. The only caveat is that I would ( just like with any other restaurant) check the order twice as there have been mix ups or missing items, but mistakes are human and they are soon resolved and I love this place. Much recommended. A*****

Always really friendly as long as your engaging and curious about the food and having little knowledge helps a lot this type of work is very very difficult and can sometimes leave you feeling short and stressed but I always try to smile and that helps a lot on every occasion that I’ve been here the ladies have always given me free samples of different dishes ,being in the food industry is always subjective and you are never going to please everyone especially the professionalism complainers”complaint about the chef banging cooking pots ?” Cmon man that kind of stuff is charming and a happy chef makes happy food ?,food here is wonderful and authentic and I’ve visited south India over 20 times it’s also a reasonable price when the price of everything is being increased massively I feel very lucky to have this place so close and I bet lots of other people feel the same !all the best for the future and I’ll see you soon ! Lots of love and success!!

Proper Shri Lanka home cooking, super spicy! Fantastic value too. My favourite place in the area. Try the aubergine - I can’t go 2 weeks without having it 😆

We got delicious dosa takeaway from here…. The server Mina was lovely, so helpful, she helped us choose the right foods, advised about amounts and told us about their amazing veggie Thali deal on Fridays( can’t wait to try that) The food is pretty spicy…. But amazingly tasty! (And great value) You can book to eat in, the dining room isn’t obvious. The food is all there for you to see, and the amazingly well stocked grocers next door means all their ingredients are so fresh! The Sri Lankan dosas were a revelation! Yum yum yum!!!
