The Chequers - Bromley - Photo album

Came in for dinner with my parents. We were seen to our table very quickly and received a very warm welcome from all of the staff on duty. The food and the service was incredible. We will definitely be returning for more.
Only had a lunch there while working in the area. Food/Sandwiches were ok, pretty good. Had not massive expectations as kitchen only opened when we arrived. Girl behind the counter was very polite and attentive. Need to come back again for a drink and food
Very friendly staff making new visitors as welcome as regulars. Dog friendly with a good-sized garden to sit in and a fair-sized carpark. The food is traditional pub food, which is well cooked and served hot.
Very friendly, welcoming and hospitable. Dog friendly. Food good value. Range of menu to suit everyone and a great seniors menu too. Thanks for the lovely dessert too!
Excellent selection of beer. Great food. If I get the same experience again I will upgrade to 5 star review. Recommended!

My husband and I have been here several times now and I must say we've never had bad food yet. Booked a table for six on Sunday 24th April and took my mother and father inlaw and my son and his girlfriend who are both vegetarian/vegan. All meals were excellent including the veg/vegan meals. All were
Great quality food, plenty to choose from, kids menu, all reasonably priced, friendly helpful staff.
I have visited the Chequers twice recently. We needed somewhere that was accessible for my Mum who is in a wheelchair, and somewhere her friends, who had travelled from West Sussex, could sit, chat, relax and enjoy a meal. On both occasions all of us were impressed with the food and a enjoyed our m
Excellent food. Katsu chicken was amazing and had lots of chicken 👍🏻
My friend and I had a delicious sandwich and mini dessert at the Chequers this week. A cheerful welcome, great service and a reasonably priced lunch... thank you for making my dogs so welcome too. Delightful!
Five of us had a very nice relaxing meal, gluten free options available, very friendly waiting staff which makes a big difference
It’s a decent pub, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I got a cod a chips for my main which was nice but I thought the cod was watery. For dessert I got the vanilla and coconut ice cream which again was nice but I didn’t like the texture. Despite this, it’s a nice pub which I would recommend coming
Visited yesterday, had not been there for almost 50 years. Had cocktail. I thought it a bit run down. I sat in a nice snug area with old oak beams. It seemed to be patronised by people who sometimes uttered strong language.
We went today a family of 5 for a early mother's day present. It was our second visit here and everything the food has been absolutely amazing, we couldn't fault it at all and will be definitely will be trying a Sunday roast. And the staff our very polite.
Me and my husband had Sunday lunch staff and food was well worth money will be coming back
Service was great at this pub. Absolutely spot on. Drinks were great, good range and well served/presented. Slight downside for me was the food. Nothing against this pub, it’s the menu that have to serve by greeneking, but it’s just very typical chain pub grub. Frozen, microwave, plate and out to t
