Amazing food, Good Ambiance, excellent Service We dined at this place recently and quite impressed with everything really. Very polite and smiling staff, good music, catchy interiors, tasty food. Things we ate - Salted Lassi, Samosa Chat, Chilly Fish, Masala Dosa (Sambar was very tasty), Madras chicken curry, Parota, Gulabjam + Ice-cream. Would have enjoyed more with some Tamil songs in the background. Also liked the notice they have about eating Indian food with hands - Good job in promoting Indian roots guys, well done.

Had a lovely South Indian dinner at madras accent. Lovely ambience and cordial staff. It’s on the red route so parked on the right side lane. Idlis were the highlight of the dinner and dosa made in ghee was super yum. The only disappointment was dessert i.e. Gulab jamun with vanilla ice cream. Gulab jamun was completely dipped in sugar syrup and ice cream was bad in taste. May be we should have just avoided ordering dessert.

I know everyone says this but I genuinely never write reviews. But I felt it would be a crime if I didn't write a review for this little restaurant! The food is absolutely outstanding! I had a chicken madras and it is without a shadow of a doubt the best curry I've ever eaten. And I've eaten a lot of them in my 40 years. Our starters were absolutely delicious! The service was wonderful, and very prompt, we were eating about ten minutes after sitting down and the girl serving us was attentive and polite! She even told us a little background of where the recipes came from. How this place doesn't have a line going out of it down to Waitrose is beyond me! Come and eat at Madras Accent, you will not regret it I promise!

Food is tasty. Nicely decorated and clean restaurant. Speed of service is varied depending on who is working on the day but they’re always friendly and accommodating. Good value for money. Count ourselves lucky to have a South Indian restaurant in Bromley!!

Our favourite local! Delicious food and friendly service. We order in person and the food is always ready for us quickly to then take home. Everything we have tried so far has been very tasty! Highly recommend visiting!

The food is authentic South Indian. Loved the non-veg thali and all the curries in it. The service is fine.

I have eaten at a michelin star indian restaurant, and this is beyond spectacular in terms of flavour. I only review places if they are awful or fantastic and this certainly tops any indian restaurant i have ever eaten at. Price is also excellent. If you enjoy food, please order the fish curry.

We really like this place. It’s different from most Indian restaurants - a little more authentic. The food is always good and it’s worth asking about the specials. I think the price is okay too for the quality. The one complaint I’d have is that service can be quite slow sometimes but I understand they are recruiting for staff so I don’t want to be too harsh on this.

UPDATE!! 17/10/22 Went in again a couple of days ago and had a special Diwali feast. Still great food! I suggest all these take away bad reviews are down to the delivery service, really can't fault the in house experience. Fantastic food, so flavoursome and the best southern Indian food I've had for a long while. Eat in for maximum satisfaction.

This was a fantastic experience. We are Indians and therefore had high expectations - it didn’t disappoint. The service was impeccable. Waitress was fab - super chatty, very friendly. Each dish had lots of flavour. The DAL MAKHANI was definitely unexpectedly very nice! We would definitely return again - the ambience is really nice, quaint and very attentive. It’s a little bit on the pricier end but it’s what you get for the experience and location. Thanks!

Visited for dinner whilst staying in London on business. My colleague is German and the staff were more than happy to help with dish description and explaining the dishes in detail. I enquired about a lamb shank dish and when we realised it may be too spice the waiter suggested something different not featured on the menu. The starters came and they were delicious. Our main courses followed and they were perfect. The dish that was created for me was amazing. The service was spot on, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed eating at Madras Accent. Nice decor, good music, food was delicious. The portion size was a bit small and the waiters seemed a little inexperienced. Overall, enjoyed the experience and will come again!

Quirky and understated it is all about the food. To be honest as good as any Indian food you can find in London and very unique flavours and dishes I have not tried before, can't raid it enough a must try
