What superb food and lovely staff :-) a hidden gem
SUPERB!!. Me and my hubby fancied a bite to eat something.. cheap but not tatty.. so weve walked and was geated by a lovely chap and was shown to our seats straight away. food was d-el-i-c-i-o-u-s and piping hot any way once that once done with the DRINKS MENU!! he was in no rush to get rid of us as we dinned the night away!! gonna go there again with the weught watchers club for a treat.. cant wait to show it of they will be impressed! anyone feel free to come ! chang was a fab waiter ! thanks love sophie lugg from mottingham xx
Ordered a takeaway over the phone which we collected although they will deliver.
The food was very good and we will be using them again.
Although their brochure pictures shows the restaurant set up with tables and chairs it did not look like they are offering an eat in service at the present as all the tables were missing and the chairs were stacked up.
Best Chinese around they have the best crispy shredded beef not small and skinny like other places. Great food portions and and quick delivery I will not go to another shop as long as this is open 👏🏼
Very nice food but a little on the expensive side. Very friendly and polite waiters. Usually very quiet. Also does takeaways.
Tried for the first time for take away and very pleased. Lovely sweet and sour chicken, special fried rice and some some less obvious dishes like the salmon with tamarind sauce were really good. The ribs I ordered were a little chewy but tasty. The online menu could do with describing the dishes in more detail. Will definitely try again.

We rarely have take away. Around a month ago we ordered one from the place we would usually use and we were seriously let down by the delivery. It was delivered around an hour late. Decided to try the Oriental Garden for a change, as my son had heard good things about it. Really impressed! Food was delivered right on time and was both tasty and hot. Will definitely use again
On line order delivered 5 minutes early, food very hot and well packed. Big portion of crispy duck, tasty soups and pleasant main pork and prawn dishes. Ordered our usual range of dishes but enough left over for another meal. Would certainly use again.
I have eaten in the restaurant here with my children and always had great food and service. I found them most pleasant and accommodating to children as we were recommended by other families.
We order for delivery from here too as the food is just way better than others i have used over the years.

Loyal customer for 8 years and never had a problem, they have lovely caring staff who always cater to your allergies and issues with anything on the menu. At the moment because of lack of staff they are only open to delivery on Friday and Saturday so it’s not actually their fault. However they still do delivery’s and it is always on time and always tastes excellent.
Amazing take away, every dish is a winner. Good delivery service, food always arrives hot and ready to eat.
Constantly satisfied with the service from here, would not use any other Chinese in the area now and there are a few, but none match Oriental Garden, not even close.

Tasty as ever. Much thinner batter than most places have on the s&s chicken balls, Shanghai chicken was great and my Dad who likes a bit more heat absolutely loves the Singapore noodles and kung po chicken. Good delivery time too and driver friendly and polite.
Myself and my family recently moved into the area and were astonished at the bland fast food available, compared to that of the where we used to live. From the Chicken and Chips to the Chinese restaurants the taste just wasn't 'there' and it was pricy.
After accepting that we'd just have to live with b;land food, until we can travel out of the area, we searched for more restaurants in Bromley and came across Oriental Garden.
Firstly, the service was excellent. We ordered via telephone, delivery and both the receptionist and delivery man were kind, polite and upbeat.
We weren't expecting too much from the food, but we were surprised to find that it was actually very good. Cooked well, brilliant fresh taste, and not bland/just the right amount of seasoning etc.
The Sweet and Sour (Hong Kong Style), Special Fried Rice and Chicken Wings (with salt and pepper) were all excellent.
This is the best in Bromley and probably 2nd or 3rd best in London.
