Delightful stay. Manager and staff very welcoming and helpful. Lovely meal in the Clive Arms. Our room was excellent, spacious, nice decor and very comfortable bed . Loose leaf tea, real coffee and a small fridge . Wished I’d taken a small mirror as , although bathroom beautiful with a great shower , being short sighted I couldn’t get close enough to the mirror to put make up on. Nice breakfast at the Ludlow cafe next door , free tea and coffee and the manageress made an effort to take an interest in your stay

Fantastic beef Sunday lunch. Decent gluten free options (and willing to adapt desserts etc to cater for allergies). Rooms also very comfortable. Shame the pub isn’t open on a Sunday evening or Monday/Tuesday at the moment (Jan 2022).

We had dinner tonight to celebrate 🍾 our 20th anniversary. The meal and the service were both excellent. My sea bream was faultless and my husband really enjoyed his steak. Congratulations to the new chef! Well done!

Very, very good restaurant. Slightly pricey, but you get what you pay for. Decent local ales on hand pump. Lovely staff too. Unfortunately, the restaurant part of the pub seems to have dreadful acoustics and all we could hear were the other tables rather than our own party.

Lovely Room, Large Bathroom ( with a bath!) Staff were fabulous. Our evening meal was excellent 👌, steak was cooked to perfection although frozen chips spoiled the dish. Irish coffee making skills - zero.

Good set up with spotless toilets, bit of a slow start ordering our food. Jay the manager was witty, knowledgeable and professional. Food was good.
