We had excellent service today from Alan who gave all his experience to correct a mobile phone problem.He went beyond the call of duty as a manager and showed that in this day and age customer service really does matter.Thank you Alan👍👍

Handy Asda supermarket, just off the A41 on a retail park between Eastham and Birkenhead. There's a petrol station on the same site.

Would like the store to pass on praise to one of your employees at the Bromborough ASDA called Dave. He is on the fruit and veg section, really tall man, extremely friendly! He helped me find everything I needed and I found out he was new on that section in the past few weeks. I frequent ASDA twice

Good, spacious. Parking and traffic creates Grid Lock in peak times and weekends. They need more exits.
