Back on the island and as its the first night and we were battered we would give it another try. Forgot how good it was good portion size and very tasty. Two cleaned plates and two happy customers.
Excellent food, really tasty and piping hot. Would definitely have it again. Price perfectly reasonable.
All good for the food but bit of a fallout over cash only - not told when ordering on the phone had to run couple of miles in flip flops to get bank card lost one flip flops so now they are only flops!! then I was to knackered to eat my meal
We only ordered 2 bags of chips (so cannot speak for the full menu) which were provided quickly; and the portions were very generous and lasted us 2 meals.
What amazing service THANK YOU ....the food was delicious ! and more than value for money... we had prawns,veg chicken pork and beef dishes... each was prepared to perfection ! Can't rate highly enough 😊
Had chow mein and kung po chicken and the portions were massive. Food was good and ready for me on arrival.

Always apprehensive trying somewhere new, especially because the reviews were mixed. However, the food was lovely, actually better than what we get at home (Glasgow). Salt and chilli was proper salt and chilli, chips cooked great and nice curry sauce. Food well cooked, smelled amazing and prawn crackers were the puffy kind- not the thin ones that break when you put you food on them (if you know what I mean) defs give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
Thanks for not letting us down (previously tried the chip shop in Arran and it was binned (they are a rip off) so don’t go there - go to the Chinese instead)! Nice and clean with friendly staff. 10:10 good job!

Was a little unsure about ordering after reading mixed reviews online, but needn't have worried. We ordered chicken kung po, honey chilli chicken, and peking chicken. Wasn't clarified on the menu, but the chicken in the peking dish wasn't in batter (the other two were in batter, only mentioning this in the review in case anyone prefers one or the other).
All three dishes were very tasty, though difficult to distinguish from one another as they all looked fairly similar. We only knew which was kung po as the menu has a nut symbol and there were cashews, and we guessed between the other two by taste (the honey chilli was very sweet) - it might be beneficial for the takeaway to label dishes that look similar to avoid any potential issues (ie allergies). We also ordered vegetable spring rolls which were nice enough, small fried rice (which turned out was just a normal size you tend to get - enough for 2-3 people) and chips, got prawn crackers included as order was over £20.
All in all was an enjoyable meal, we even had enough leftovers for the next again day. Would happily recommend, it's cash only but there's a hole in the wall across the road outside the small co-op so not a problem. Didn't have to wait too long for the order to be ready either which was a bonus.
Had salt and pepper chips, salt and pepper chicken bites, sweet and sour chicken with chicken fried rice and prawn toast. Mains were excellent very tasty prawn toast wasn't very good.
Will be back.
new owner, new chef, great food ( so far ) opened today, I got the Szechuan chicken with boiled rice and salt & pepper chips. looking forward to working my way through the menu, I would highly recommend you give them a chance, you won't be disappointed

Was worried as super fussy and reviews not great ....but food was so so good. Ordered multiple starters and duck. 2 mains, sweet and sour chicken and chow mein...10/10....thank you
