Only came for food one evening, didn't stay the night. Really tasty burger, patty tasted great and filled the bun, generous portions. Simple staple pub menu selection, but they did it well. Nice open fire and recently refurbished WC
Awesome little pub inside the hotel to stop into before going to catch the ferry. We even contemplated getting a room for the night and staying until the next day. Would definitely love to come back and stay for a night
We went for a few beers after Kayaking in Brodick. Very friendly atmosphere and friendly staff beautiful grounds and I love the greenhouse. We got there stage coach bus on the Island.
Didn't stay but eat and drank in the bar. Food is okay, decent selection of beers. Definitely good ambience with a nice crowd of drinkers.
Charming bar with friendly service, nice proper pub food and after a long wet day walking a very welcome open fire.
Didn't stay over (was camping), but food was delicious and atmosphere was great- and lots for nature-loving children to do!
Popped in during our stay in Arran. Was probably the best meal we had during our time on the island.
We were met with a friendly greeting, and asked about having some food. Advised that the kitchen wasn’t opened just yet but we could wait.

Nice few hours in here. Meal was a bit basic but very pleasant and helpful staff. Wee music quiz to finish the night. Well worth a visit

Well worth every penny
Called in here for a couple of pints after a local hike. Lovely old fashioned bar area with an excellent selection on draught as well as an excellent selection of whisky. Nice fire going too. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our brief visit.
Really nice place, good open fire at the end of a very long, wet and windy hike. Food was exactly what was needed. Decent selection of drinks. Super friendly service. My friend was feeling poorly and they went the extra mile to make her feel welcome and looked after. Top guys.
Stayed for just short of a week in this fantastic hotel. Everyone one was really friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The bar stocked a wide range of drinks and was very cosy and welcoming with its open fire. We will definitely be back again.
Noticed the sign out on the main Brodick road offering Pub meals. After a short walk found the Hotel.
My first impressions mixed and I wasn't sure they were open. However I needn't have worried.

The hotel was all we needed ,a lovely clean bedroom & bathroom.The food was excellent as
were the staff.It 's obviously a very popular place with the locals ,as every evening it was buzzing .
Quizzes kept us entertained every evening.
