As soon as we walked into the restaurant, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The customer service was brilliant and quick!
We ordered:
Starters:
- Crispy squid
- Steam Scottish mussels
Mains:
- Spiced lamb kebabs
- 10z ribeye (swapped chips for Pak Choi)
Side:
- Prawns
The food was absolutely delicious!! Everything was cooked to absolute perfection and all the meat was so unbelievably soft!
The atmosphere in here is lovely! And a hint of luxury.
First time in Arran, and I looked up for restaurants to go to, and we chose this one, and we were glad we did, superb 👏
This was an amazing place to eat the food tastes so fresh and you can tell its all freshly cooked by the taste and the look of the food that gets presented on the plates, definitely worth a visit for fresh delicious food
Food was great, a little more expensive than Cruize in the spa resort. The negative was the restaurant was absolutely roasting, we wondered if it was just us, but another couple who were seated 20 minutes after us mentioned to the server how warm it was too. He actually agreed, and said he thought it was too hot too but 'not everyone agrees'. I was actually sitting there in a sweat! I wanted to get a dessert but needed to get out into the cool. It's a shame actually as just the temperature of the restaurant has impacted my opinion on it.
Staff at Auchrannie Hotel and Brambles restaurant could not have done more to accommodate our requests for a special event. Everything was perfect, adapted to and staff went above and beyond to make it a Diamond Anniversary to remember! Special thanks to Kirsty. She made the day for us with her amazingly friendly and bubbly personality and the personal assistance she gave us. We felt so valued and can’t wait to come back x
Very pleasant staff we had an excellent meal. The waitress had a Happy Birthday surprise for my partner.
Lovely place to eat, especially for couples. All 3 of our courses (and wine) were delicious, it was a real treat! You can tell that staff are well trained, knowledgable and all have a high attention to detail. Would recommend.
This place should be commended for putting out some very tasty food. The soup was obviously tasted and seasoned when made which believe it or not isn't always a priority in some places. Meats were moist and portion sizes were sensible. All on well done to the kitchen staff. Also this place has seats out back with nice view of the hills.
Average price and the gardens here are lovely.
Picked this restaurant when searching for seafood, it did not disappoint us. When entering, the dining room was open and modern with an abundance of light coming through the large windows and glass doors. The restaurant was modern in design with very comfortable seating. We arrived at the restaurant early and we hadn't to wait as there was a table available and seated us . The table servers were excellent from start to finish they all worked like clockwork. For starters we had Cullen skink and squid, for main stonebass and seafood paella and every dish was amazingly cooked. Highly recommended the food and place is good value for money.
Fabulous service by the Auchrannie team. Enjoyed brambles for breakfast and afternoon tea and drinks.
