Staff are always really nice here and although my frappe seems to get made slightly differently every time, it's kinda fun not knowing how it's going to be and it always tastes great anyway especially after the gym.

Always has milk replacements and the coconut iced latté was delicious!
There is upstairs seating when it gets busy and a toilet.
The view you can get of the Broadway is great for people who like to people-watch.
Only down side of any costa is their lack of vegan food - almost everything has cheese in.

Costa in Broadstone is very busy on Sunday morning. The coffee was good and as I managed to get two comfortable seats by the window the experience was pleasant, but they could do with more comfortable seating in general. The staff? Very good looking, well worth another visit.

Very good, as usual, and a nice seating area downstairs. Looking forward to the day when you can sit at a table and order by App instead of waiting in a queue.
Have used this costa about five times and I'm never disappointed, the staff are friendly and efficient, most importantly the coffee is always good, I get what I ask for, the strength, the temperature is consistently right. Very good

Nice little Costa. Good size inside and it's quite pleasant to sit by the window and watch the world go by. They have outdoor seating as well for when it's warmer and lots of people sit there with their dogs, it's nice it caters for all. Standard range of Costa products.
Only popped in briefly for a take away and toilet break. No problem hence 5*. My Chai Latte was the usual great quality and taste. Friendly staff, clean spacious toilets and the premises had a good atmosphere. What was different about this branch however was that they offered discounted cakes! They were a bit broken up and clearly didn't make it into the display. But perfectly edible. So they were put to good use, all nicely on plates with 50÷ off. Good idea!
Costa had a good atmosphere and good food and drink. Ours a bit expensive but they have some nice festive offers at the moment. I've been here a few times at lunch recently and found it quite busy which means it's very slow to get served and there's often a queue. Upstairs seems to get less people but the music was on a bit loud for me. My group ended up having to talk very loudly just to hear each other.

I don't smoke and very seldom drink so my biggest vice is coffee and specifically Costa Coffee.
This is my favourite Costa. Warm staff. Quick service. Well run ship by the manager and assistant.
