Experienced exemplary customer service from the staff at Thanet DT today. Most significantly from a staff member I believe is known as "Joe". He (and his fellow counter colleague) not only provided a friendly, welcoming, demeanor, but were super efficient in service. While both deserve credit for a positive encounter, great service and attention to detail, predominantly my experience was with "Joe" - who I believe is not a regular staff member of this store - his calm demeanor, friendly smiling nature, was so welcoming I was made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. Equally, his colleague on counter duty, proved that there is a very strong "team" ethos in this store whereby you feel like one person is serving you with their full attention, yet the other is beavering away giving another aspect of your order equal attention, to the point where the team fusion becomes one and therefore super efficient! Thank you "Joe" for the professionalism I both experienced, and witnessed, today and also to your colleague who not only gave me a name to call you, but, gave seamless support in providing my top-notch experience. Guys: you did *yourselves* proud! Unflappable under pressure, calm amidst the turmoil of demands from customers, polite, friendly smiles, efficient service, nothing too much trouble, great coffee, hot toasties, table service, great manners - whats not to love? Bravo!! You're doing a great job *thumbs up*. Feel proud - you deserve it.
Really lovely and friendly staff. Nice vibe - good place to work from. The only thing that isn’t clear is that the opening times listed on here and on the cafe door says open from 5am but that’s for the drive through only. It doesn’t say what time the actual cafe opens each day.
Lots of empty seats but the tables hadn't been cleared. The person serving was continuously coughing. Food is pretty good but prices are getting steep. Plenty of free parking. Usual Costa set-up.
Early morning and staff was happy and friendly, best Costa coffee shop i have been in , thank you for the black coffee and bacon bap, young lady who served me made my morning so much better 😁
Love costa HOWEVER price gone up and now you need 10 tokens to get a free coffee, hit twice by the looks of things...
Lovely store and even lovelier staff. Can't get better coffee than Costa coffee.

Not sure the staff knew their opening hours, but food and coffee were fine
Frappes we’re very nice, slow service and got the order wrong on two frappes
This costa shop is a fairly busy one but they still give a very professional service and always with a smile when they greet you. They have outside seating which is great in the warmer weather.
